Excellent beds, the best that we have ever owned, we bought 3 ottoman style divan beds with headboards and mattresses from Dan at Bed store direct for our new home.

Dan gave us a great deal and delivered our beds promptly, he even carried them up to the bedrooms for us and put them together.

Overall Dan at Bed store direct provided us with great beds at a great price and provided us with a tremendous service.

This is my second purchase from Bed Store Direct. Both Dan and Fran are very genuine and will help with any queries or questions you may have.

The first purchase, on arrival after visiting a few other places whereby I was left feeling overwhelmed I was grateful for the no pressure advice. It was then lovely to be able to be left alone to walk around the show room and approach the staff as and when they were needed.

On this occasion I bought an ottoman bedbase which I was not entirely sure about until I went to Bed Store Direct. The quality of the base is much thicker than what was seen in other stores, so was the gas pistons on this particular model which make it easier to lift, quality of frame is really good and very sturdy. Textile is lovely, Pleased with the quality and the PRICE!! Yes there was a large price difference too!

But unfortunately the sleep issue wasn't resolved there

A little while later I decided to buy another mattress so obviously having such a fabulous service all round last time, I went straight to Bed Store Direct.

Why? previously I was quoted over 2k for a mattress in a well known store and I was not convinced it was the right choice for me.
I spoke to Fran and had excellent advice yet again, even swayed me from a higher priced mattress because she knew it would not suit my needs! Now that is looking after the customer and not the till!
My new mattress is good quality and very comfortable, I am really pleased with it and of course the service provided by this family run company.

Dan was really helpful and accommodating, storing our bed until we were ready for delivery. Delivery was prompt once we’d organised a date, arriving on time and delivered directly to the bedroom.

Friendly staff who are very helpful, nice choice of beds and matresses . I ordered a bed and 4 mattresses. I had to ask them to hold onto the items for another 5 days after the original delivery date as we weren't ready to move into our house and they agreed without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the firm ND will definitely use them again

Bought a mattress from here. Very fast delivery only had to wait a few days for it to be in the shop for collection. Brilliant quality and good price. Customer service very good and was very helpful in guiding us on what mattress would be better for us. Would definitely recommend 👌

I Have only ever bought bed sets from dreams, after a family recommendation I visited the ‘’Bed store direct’’. Upon arrival I received a warm friendly greeting, and freely wandered the store to view the available products. I much prefer this approach to browse freely, rather than being hassled by sales people. When further assistance was required, help was there to hand when needed.

After describing the the type of mattress I required, I was shown a selection to suit my preference which was accurately on point. This resulted in purchasing the perfect mattress, and an all round positive experience. The mattress is definitely of high quality, and better than any other I have previously purchased elsewhere.

The delivery for the mattress was prompt, and well packaged. Very happy with the service received, would highly recommend.

Visited with my nan to try and find her a new mattress, Dan was very polite and patient as she tried out different beds and even took the time to explain the difference between mattresses so my nan could understand what she liked and make an informed decision. Amazing customer service and the mattress was delivered two days after purchase! Could not recommend enough!

We walked into the store and were met by a very pleasant young lady. We informed her what we were looking for and she answered our questions and helped us choose the bed we wanted. When it came to delivery we were given our slot and delivery was made within that. The delivery men placed the bed where required. Excellent and prompt service.
