Always going to give M & S Kingston 5 stars because it is simply the best. 🥳. I never fail to find something to wear. The cafe is good. The noise levels are rather high even when not busy due to zero noise absorbant furnishings. And when the table clearer is in a mood, the bashing of crockery and the slamming of cutlery is painful. Thankfully today must be his day off. 🤣. So not too bad. The food store is the very best quality food. M &S steaks are tender and delicious. Fruit is fresh and keeps longer than many other places. Choices are plentiful and some luxurious. There's a car park. 🚗

Pretty expensive but great quality. Still my go to place for underwear and socks.

Quality has gone down a lot on clothing over the years, but still better than other places.

Food is top drawer. Nice selection of products.

I like the cozy vibe they have. Foods are always nice too

Amarjeet and Dan really went above and beyond today to help me replace a broken plate set that was gifted to me (didn’t have a receipt)!! Dan even helped me carry the item to my car (due to my restricted physical ability)… can’t thank them enough for making the experience so easy and helpful! Huge thank you again to you both!

Lovely selection of food and clothes. Staff are friendly and returns or exchanges are easy when you have the tags/hangers and receipts. Just wish they didnt change around the store so often as it's not always easy to find stuff if you're in a hurry. I do love the wide selection of styles and sizes for bras and the half size options for shoes which isnt always easy to find else where.

The cafe is fantastic, so clean, high chairs spotless & the staff are so helpful & friendly!
Best one I've ever been too

Had an appointment today for bra measuring, have never had it done before. A lady named Dawn was my assistant and i must say she was brilliant from start to finish, she made me feel totally as ease. So a big thank you to her for today and to m&s for employing her

This was my first proper shop in M&S and it was great. Some great products that were reasonably priced. Had some great gifts. Amazing kids section. Easy to get around with the buggy. Neat and tidy. The only thing I wish they had was toys.

A great M&S Store it's got everything & good helpful staff as well. I'm a visitor but I always visit when I am in the area.

Very helpful staff. Arrived at pay desk with a basket full of items and found I had left my purse at the home, The assistance arranged for my items to be put in a safe place for me to collect the following day, as I was over an hour away from home. She also told me about how my bank might be able help. One hour later I was back with money in hand to collect my items. Big thank you M&S

Great for suits, always has been and always will be. Didn't realise that they have loads of different sizes and fitting styles of shirts on a clothes rack that you can try on in the fitting room area, so you are able to know your exact fitting shirt size, free service. Not very well advertised though. Ask at the fitting room area if you need. Also the attendant there can measure you, if you ask. All staff are very helpful.

i am so happy!!! so basically my friend got your mozzarella and pesto wrap and let me try some and it was so good but she didn’t give me enough and i wanted my own one and i’ve been trying for ages to find it but then…. today i freaking got it. i am so happy thank you mr m&s that was the best wrap of my life shoutout to angelina who got one with me it was so good xx

Everything looked super clean and tidy and neat. Every member of staff that we came into contact with was friendly and helpful.
So, really thank you M&S for a lovely experience. We can't wait to come back.
