Excellent friendly helpful staff for a lone man buying Christmas presents

I love HoF, always so great offers. That's why I don't understand why they're always so empty - same in Birmingham. People are missing out...they need to go there more or it'll be gone soon I am afraid. It's quite tucked away though, I didn't even know it was there.

Had good fun with my daughter Melissa looking at shoes. The sales assistant was very patient. I do love boots got them in the end whoop whoop. X

Very nice venue for morning coffee whilst shopping in town.

It's good quality. Often higher end labels with a price to match but few shops stock these ranges for men and its nice to feel the products if you are going to pay these prices. SALE is usually very good.

Great to actually see a HoF store as Unfortunately the store.local to me has closed.

Good selection of perfumes and a relief to see testers back on the shelves.

We're regularly here for a quick lunch - during holiday time children's lunches are reduced to £1 with every adult meal. Great discount! Variety of brands high Street brands including Superdry. Visit 1st floor for designer labels. Sales well worth a visit. No children's clothing available here.

Yesterday I was enjoying lunch with my granddaughter in Cafe Zest, when she had a "mishap". Your staff were wonderful. I cannot praise your First Aider and managers who came to assist highly enough. They were kind, patient and efficient. They went above and beyond to help. The cafe staff too were wonderful. Well done and thankyou everyone. All is now well. Thankyou again Jacqui

Super helpful and friendly, I came in looking for a wedding purfume.

We moved our wedding forward and it was 48 hours away.

Vicky on Lancome was incredible, a true assest to your store. She calmly and methodically helped me find my perfect scent.

She gave advice and chatted to me and I left feeling satisfied and happy.

Vicky is the most lovely person and I hope that this review gets passed on to her personally.

Staff very friendly and didn't have to wait for our drinks and food

Nice shop but some expensive things in there and some parts look the same as sports direct

Good store with most top selling brands, the cafe is very big and have a nice little play area something to keep the kids busy. Nice selection of food and drinks available.

Very helpful staff who go out of their way to meet your needs. The restaurant / Café is also well staffed with helpful, polite, cheery personnel - a definite bonus! Thank you.

Clarins counter is fab and fully stocked, the lady that works for Clarins is fabulous 👌 really knows the products..

Although the store doesnt stock a large HoF range of brands the staff here are excellent - very helpful & will help you order anything for a next day delivery.

I will miss this store. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Prices are often discounted. Shame it is closing.
