I wanted to take a moment to extend my appreciation for the exceptional service I received. A special shout-out to Madeleine, whose assistance was invaluable. Her knowledge and helpfulness significantly enhanced my shopping experience.

The store's presentation was impeccable. It was tidy, and the display setup was thoughtfully organised, making it easy to navigate through.

I strongly believe in the value of seeing products in person, and my visit reaffirmed this belief. The opportunity to view the TVs up close, understand their features through live demonstrations.

I wholeheartedly recommend that others visit to check out the TVs in person. Supporting local businesses that offer such great service is important, and I am pleased to say that Currys exemplified this.

Never been here and would definitely return. Staff extremley knowledgeable regarding products and all seemed happy with there work. They couldnt do enough to help and advise on products and we got a good product which we wanted anmt a reasonable price.

Took my laptop to be fixed due to a few issues. It was fixed there and then and I was given advice on how to resolve any further issues. Helpful and friendly service.

Mr Manaf who served me late evening is an absolute gem a real credit to the store he helped me from start to finish i was really pleased with the service the other staff greeted me well too keep up the good work peeps

Bought a LG television on Saturday. The young man who we consulted with was really knowledgeable, helpful and professional. A bright future awaits.

Had exactly what I needed, and staff also found me a deal that meant the item got more extras for less than I would have paid for the item alone!

I prefer to go to the store to look at the items that I am considering buying. Two members of staff were helpful and explained things to us and pointed out the deals. Very good. Thank you.

Everything you need in electric items and friendly staff at a fair price

Great shop - go here frequently to check out appliances in person, before buying. We did get an air fryer from here a month or so ago, via pre-order. The price was better than everywhere else, including black Friday sales. Great customer service and ample parking.

This revue is more about my experience of Carphone Warehouse whilst buying a new mobile. I was recommended to the store by a friend and I am pleased to say she was correct.

The assistant is a credit to the company, Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products, all my data was transferred to the new phone which took some time but far easier than having to do it all myself.

Called into Curry's Burnley with my mother who was in need of a new kettle, choice of make and price was excellent. We were approached by a friendly shop assistant within minutes asking if we needed any help. There was a display of Airfryers, something I've been looking at purchasing for quite a while. Nothing beats seeing the actual product especially since they are expensive. The assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and features... Thanks Tahmid, keep up that customer Service. 5* Anyway, I bought the Ninja Foodi 9.5L MAX for my daughter who needs the larger capacity and the smaller Ninja Foodi DualZone for myself. Tried out as soon as I got it home....albeit only fish fingers and chips but so easy and quick.

Ordered online and it was ready within half hour. Parking near store isn't good for disabled customers. Staff were courteous and very helpful.

Bought a new vacuum and kettle,pleasant staff

I visited curry’s in search of a battery operated radio, and a laptop for my college coursework. We were greeted by Maddie, a lovely young lady, who guided us to the best purchase possible. We managed to buy the Radio online, through the online store on her IPAD and have it delivered, and unfortunately had to return home for ID to go on the monthly pay plan for the laptop. We had no idea it would all be so easy, or even that the plan for the laptop existed, without the tremendous help of Maddie, we’d of been lost! We can’t thank her enough, so very friendly. Overall 5/5, great experience.

Probably the best customer service/collection service I've ever had! I thought I would be there a while sorting my complicated collection out (voucher didn't work online) but I was sorted promptly and efficiently!

Nice helpful staff and not pushy. Great technical chap to sort computer's out, ready to work as soon as you switch it on. Would not go anywhere else.
