O2 Shop Halifax

Absolutely brilliant customer service provided when I went in to buy a SIM card to change my network from EE to O2. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Popped in as I had a query on my account. The team couldn't be more helpful and are a credit to O2. I just wish this could be replicated in some of their other stores - my interactions at York and Castleford left a lot to be desired.

Sam was really helpful - very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything. He was also incredibly kind and patient with an elderly lady who came in specifically to see him about an issue with her phone.

The O2 Shop in Halifax is a great place to visit if you're looking for the latest phones or simply want to browse what's new in the world of mobile technology. I've never purchased a phone from here, but I've visited a few times to see what's on offer.

The staff are always friendly and approachable, willing to answer any questions you may have. The shop itself is well-organised and tidy, making it easy to find what you're looking for.

Overall, it's a great place to visit for all your mobile needs, with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff.

Helpful friendly staff, sorted my upgrade in about 20 mins.

I had my Pay Monthly contract renewed through Virgin Media and had to replace the SIM, I had a query regarding new SIM setup. My original phone number was not working so after some checks with my account I was back up and running. The staff are really helpful and the SIM was set up in minutes.
Had a look at range of PHONES & TABLETS, not needing update just now but will call in here when I need a replacement.

Needed advice regarding a couple of emails from O2. The advisor found out what they were about and put me in touch with the correct telephone advisor. All sorted in minutes. Couldn't ask for better service.

Sorted me a new phone, helped swop over old phone.

I bought a new pay as you go phones in the Huddersfield store on Sunday, told the assistant that I wanted some ring tones off my old phone and was told that it would be possible but got no other help from him. When I got home I tried Bluetooth, wifi, and messages to send tones from old phone to new phone but was not successful. I called into the Halifax store today and the assistant was very helpful and actually did it all for me. I just want to take this opportunity to thank the assistant whose name was Andy. I will definitely be calling in the Halifax store again even though I live in Huddersfield
