I love this place because it has a lot thing to do in art .A very friendly and helpful people. There lots of things for children and Adults has well . Free parking on site.Now end April we have decided to have look around and what we found at front of door which a good job they done for Queens birthday. Have look at pictures

Extensive layout, fantastic range of goods. Very busy when I went there: 20 minute wait in restaurant. Wheelchair/buggy friendly. Lift between floors.

I visited yesterday to buy Christmas craft supplies for my Brownies. I was very pleased my dog was welcome and enjoyed a fuss from all the staff. Everyone was very friendly, polite and welcoming, especially Ebony who went out of her way to make sure I found what I needed.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stacey and Jackson today at the checkout - lovely friendly people who made it a wonderful experience!

Great inventory and sales at the moment so worth a visit for any budding artist.

Today my 10 years old daughter had her introduction to sewing machine lesson with lovely Sara who has been very understanding, patient and professional. Great experience from start to end. Nicole was very impressed with the results at the end of her lesson. Sara was very helpful and explained every step very clearly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone especially to kids. In fact I am thinking to take another lesson myself.

Perfect place for craft, art, or bakery supplies. Staff are always helpful and polite. Lots of parking and the 1 hour click and collect service is great when you are in a rush.

Plenty of crafts and loads of fun stuff. Hard not to spend loads in here! Staff are so lovely. Very positive. Made me laugh. Very human. Not like robotic in many places.
