Very helpful shop floor and till staff. We needed help getting some trainers for our daughter. Young man not only offered advice but also went upstairs to women's section to collect them. To save us a trip up two flights of stairs. We have always found this store well stocked and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service. Had a problem with England top that I brought online. They answered the phone, answered all questions on the phone. Then I came into store and was sorted out and given details on how to care for the top as well. Unbelievable service and a credit to the company. I expect the 2 guys that dealt with me to be given real praise from above. Can't express how well handled the process was.

Popped in here after getting poor service from Decathlon after looking for kit for a100k walk & I must say that the service I received here from the young lady was fantastic! She knew her product, was very informative, was very enthusiastic & really helped me understand what I needed. I was taken back by the level of service.

Had to queue due to social distancing measures however we didn't wait long. Shop was well stocked including masks and hand sanitizer. Staff were readily available and helpful.

This is a great place to get most things for anyone who is sporty.
All sorts of equipment, clothing & trainers for a multitude of sports.
Also sells regular clothes and coats, whether its snuggly & warm or waterproofs.
Lots of sport related gifts too.
What more could you want !!

Came here with my daughter to by trainers. We were served by Adil, who was helpful, efficient and courteous throughout. We came away with two pairs of trainers and I am very pleased with the price.

Usual sports direct stuff, but I have to say the manager and Simon were both outstanding with there communication and help geting some foot wear for my wife and I. Couldn't be more pleased with the service 10/10

Great prices: managed to find what I wanted. The service always seems a bit lacking which spoils the experience though.
