Really great experience today 🙌. Was served by a friendly fella who easily removed my accounts on my phone I wanted to sell. Quickly got me a price and handed over to the tech test fella. Had a joke with him about a coffee a colleague had just brought him and they both smiled 😃. Came back 30 mins later and served by a different fella, who put sale through and I was on my way. Very pleased with the service from all the staff I dealt with today. 👍

A lot of the prices have gone down on DVDs you can sometimes get a good deal if you're selling, The staff are always friendly and happy to chat and advise.

I just went in for a look and came out with a ps4. How I dont know the guy who served me he could sell a stick to a tramp he's that good

Excellent service by the folks here, whilst there might be a queue in peak times, they work hard and fast to make sure you aren't waiting around for ages and are very friendly. Testing of electronic equipment is fast with reliably provided wait times to manage expectations, and they don't try to pull wool over your eyes when classing your trade-in items. Good selection of in-stock items as well, so a very pleasant experience and beats many other CeX stores I have been to.

I visited this branch of CEX quite recently. I just went for a quick browse, and also to use a £12 voucher of store credit to buy a game for my PS4.
There was a small queue. The staff on the day were extremely polite and quite happy to have a chat as I made my purchase.
Although this store is not my local, it is very pleasant and I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

I had a lot of DVDs and games to trade in which I was worried would annoy the staff, but they were really friendly and professional, never complaining and happy to chat.

The great thing is that anything bought gets 2 year guarantee. Which means if there is a problem you can take your stuff back. The staff are always helpful and work well under pressure

Great for buying mobiles, laptops, gaming related items. They also get in the most current games and have dvds for those who still interested in getting them in this format.

Good second hand shop for DVD's games and games station's and second hand mobile phones.
Nice to be able to buy. Sometimes to pick some really random films etc. Also good place to trade in your games DVD films and electronics.

Great service, had a problem with an online order that got delivered. They was happy to help and have a replacement that day. Highly recommend
