M&S Foodhall

This is a lovely store, a great store perchance. Many celebrities shop here and it makes me feel powerful when I buy oatmeal

Fantastic food quality and choice. Many items are not much more expensive than the mainstream stores but quality and taste generally fantastic. Recommended.

Very good prices better than most supermarkets

Not cheap, but the staff are cheerful and very helpful and there's never a worry about quality.

M&S doing a very good job of ensuring the safety of its customers and has an appointment system which works well. My only gripe is couples who shop together. I am 70 and shop alone. I appreciate that not everyone can but I'm sure that of those who do go in pairs not all need to and they certainly don't both need to be stood in front of the food and both picking up items. I appreciate that M&S cannot control this

Lovely place. well set out. Polite staff especially the enthusiastic one on the door (blonde hair) really engages with the public and always has a smile (before the masks and even now with the masks you can tell)xx

Good location, plenty of parking and the store is well organised.staff are very helpful, plenty of fresh items and variety. They need to stoke more semi skimmed milk as there is only ever whole milk left at end of day.

Some fridges need to be checked as ice cream is frozen so much they look like snow balls in the freezer

A well stocked and standard sized Marks and Spencer Foodhall. They have a good range of items, from standard groceries, fruit and veg, through the meal deals, wines and beers. It's worth a look to find unusual or specialist items if you're in the area, and is a good foil to the Aldi across the carpark. The staff are always efficient, professional and helpful.

I would like thank David the manager for all the help given last week in putting together all the contents for 23 hampers for our staff. There was over £1,000 in goods put together for collection - all present and correct. Also thanks to Sam for ringing it all through. Great service M&S Rawtenstall.

Apart from Marks' renowned excellent food, we have proof that the staff there go beyond the norm. My wife lost her purse whilst exiting the store on a dark night, and not only was one member of staff willing to go outside to help search the car park and inquire in the store next door, but she got on all fours to look under the cars nearest to ours! Beyond the call of duty and pity I don't know her name. PS: we found the card wedged in the boot where it had fallen during loading - days later.

Fantastic I love it. Easy parking and free ...ordered items on line to be picked up ...really easy and weekly shop as well. Lots of deals and staff all smiley and helpful ...what more could you ask for?

Good selection, very busy. Bit difficult getting up the aisles as staff constantly restocking shelves and stacks of crates up and down the aisles. But well worth the trip.

Lovely assistant on the till , sorry I didn't get her name ,she had a wonderful smiley face and was serving some really miserable people, she deserves a pay rise ...

I visited the Rawtenstall M&S food hall on 27th July and unfortunately left my phone in a trolley and only realised I’d done so when I got home. I immediately rang the store to report it, and some time later they rang to say it had been found. I am very grateful to the male member of staff who found it in a trolley and the lady who rang me.
