My recent experience at the Vision Express branch in Stamford was excellent. All parts of my eye test were carried out by friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, particularly on this occasion, Dan, Andrew and Kai the optician. On this, and every occasion I have been, I felt that all my questions were answered fully and explained clearly and that I was valued as a patient. I would feel comfortable in recommending this branch to anybody. Great Team!

A VERY pleasant experience. The optical assistants were both professional and charming, with great product knowledge. They were sensitive to my disability when directing me to examination rooms, and found me the best deals for two really stylish frames. The optician gave me the best examination I've had in a very long time, explaining everything thoroughly and putting me at ease.
A special mention about Holly, Meg and Jo, who made the experience top class throughout and are clearly assets to the company.

Very thorough examination, I paid an additional £10 for extra examination process, which was my choice ( no pressured sales pitch.)
Full discussion about results and clarified several aspects of the findings - clear and concise.
I did not purchase new glasses on the day but will return on Tuesday, this was solely due to family issues.
Good service - I may comment on the costs later!

The service by the lady Fatima.B. was excellent. I have dealt with her last year when I purchased two pairs of glasses under her consultation and guidance and was totally satisfied. She gave me total confidence. She is dedicated to her job.I have also heard through other social connection's that she is highly recommended.

The eye test itself went smooth with friendly staff that made you feel very welcome.
I had an eye infection when i had my appointment and also sought their advice which was given with great insight. Sadly until my eye infection is cleared, i cant get an accurate test done for my new glasses but i will ve back asap. A great and nice team.

Absolutely fantastic service I could not recommend them highly enough. Every single member of staff were amazing , professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful . I got two pairs of glasses one with anti reflective lenses for driving for just over £106.00 😃😃oh and did I mention they are also being delivered to my house . Give them a go for your eye test and glasses 👍👍

I visited vision express Barnet with my mum who is in a wheelchair. Minimal wait time for booked appointment. Was seen by multiple staff. All very courteous, polite, professional and prompt. Very thorough. My mums in a wheelchair she was made to feel very welcome. There's a 10 day wait for specs. My mum was disappointed by the wait time.

The whole team were absolutely amazing!. It was the best opticians visit I have ever had. My eye examination was extremely thorough. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel at ease. I hate choosing glasses as I always feel they make me look ridiculous. On this occasion, I had no family with me to give me their opinion. The assistant stepped in ( I think her name was Lynn?) and made me feel so comfortable. Her honesty and guidance with frame colour, shape and size was very much appreciated. Such a lovely lady. Massive thank you to her and the whole of team Southport, Kew!! 🥰

My mum and I both saw a lovely optician called Ricky. He gave my 81 year old mum amazing attention, made her laugh and feel really special. My mum has Alzheimer's and is very frail so this was marvellous of him. My experience was just as positive with him giving me contact lenses to wear to help me choose new glasses. It was excellent attention and service. I had a lovely lady help me to choose my glasses too. A very good experience indeed.

I have to say that I am very happy with the service I recieved yesterday, I got an eye test and a prescription for new glasses, the staff were very efficient and friendly. My optician's advice was very reassuring, and she explained any queries I had, and she was professional at all times and a friendly lady to meet.The staff that helped with the tests and organising my prescription, explained everything to me that they where doingthroughout and where very friendly and patient during my time there. Im sorry I have forgotten everyone's name but I'm happy with the first class service at the shop and would recommend going there.

I arrived early and was seen straight away. Very professional ladies and I liked the Optician, she was brilliant. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A great experience and I'm glad I changed Opticians to this store.

I had my eyes tested for the first time in years at Vision Express yesterday, the staff were lovely who tended to me and I was seen straight away. Great service, thank you to Harry Barnes and the other members of the team too for making my visit at Vision Express a good one.

Excellent professionalism from Optician Jane combined with fabulous customer service from Practice Manager Lyndsey. Both went above and beyond to meet needs of me the client, however complex. All accompanied by a cheerful and friendly atmosphere emanating from them and their team.

I was so impressed with the lady that helped me join the lenses scheme and sorted my new glasses out. It was the doncaster branch in frenchgate Centre. I wanted to treat my self to some prada glasses she was so honest telling me they don't suit me and guided me to one's that do I thought that was so honest of her and fantastic customer care then the ones she chose for me looked so much better. Still designer I'm so excited to pick them up in two weeks time and my free sunglasses I've never bought expensive glasses before so was nervous and they stayed open for me the lady's name was Sarah j

Fatima was brilliant at helping us at Vision express in Tesco Slough. She answered all the questions and focused on customer satisfaction rather than making money and selling unnecessary things. I would recommend it to everyone.

This was my first visit to the Orpington branch on 28/10/21. I had a fantastic experience, Melissa was so helpful and kind, her service was really good and efficient. I’ll definitely visit there again. Thank you VE staff at Nugent Centre, see you soon.

Went to see about first time contact lenses. Was taken on time. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I would need. Then the lady sorry I didn’t get her name spent a long time while I tried to take them in and out she never made me feel rushed and encouraged me with all I done. Very good experience many thanks

I was delighted with the service the staff members at Berkhamsted provided. I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Meera, the optician, clearly explained the condition of my eyes in a simple manner and was polite throughout my assessment. Yousuf and Preet were jovial in their nature and delivered great customer care. Hats off to them!
