Iceland Supermarket Hornchurch

Lady on till helped me today I had to do two separate shops one for my disabled dad and one for me and she got another trolley for me to make it easy to separate mine and my dads shopping. She was really lovely I didn’t get her name. Really helps as shopping bit stressful doing two different shops.

Very well stocked and plenty of staff. Some gret values and deals.

Excellent service had unexpected visitors so thought I’d try ordering same day delivery, saved the day for me thanks

Yes she fell in the freezer in 2015 doing a 'Mum's gone to Iceland' advert and she now has a frozen Prawn Ring.

Nice shop with lots of bargains. 10% off your shop on Tuesday's. Never had a problem with staff, they are always ready to help.

Staff are friendly and helpful, it's a quick and easy shop to do. Sometimes there is a long wait in the queue when not enough tills open. I've change from Tesco's to Iceland's ever since they had a revamp as the food and selection is much better, they very rarely run out of stock, if they do it's back on the shelves the next day.

So many deals..parking is free ..you did use to pay but that has been removed.. lots of choice..of you can find something the staff was happy to go and check of stock was in the back..reward scheme so grab a card or download the app.

Katrina/Tina based in this store is very helpful. An asset to the business. I'd welcome anyone like her with the skills she carries into my business any day.

Fully refurbished with all new freezers and even more range of products. Very clean and well organized. The staff on my visit were very friendly and helpful. Loads of bargains to be had and lots of special offers too.

I would just like to say a big thank-you to all the staff in Iceland's. I am isolating and have managed to get delivery slots when i need them. Of course i am not always getting everything on my list but what I am getting i am very grateful for.
Keep up the fantastic work. Iceland's are doing a great job and need to be recognised for their work!

A lovely happy staff lady always polite and so lovely to me. She deserves a raise or something. I love talking to her and see it her because she brings so much joy and she's always happy. It brighten anyone's day. She's just lovely
