My favourite Post Office ever, and I’ve known many 🤦‍♀ The new lay out, seems much bigger and everything is visually and easy accessible. Everyone that works there are always welcoming, polite and friendly. They actually go out of their way to make you feel that they care. I just wish there were more genuine people in the world, what a happy place it would be 🥰

Heath Road Birmingham B30 post office is fantastic.

All the staff that work there are very helpful, particularly Rachel and Jenny.

Nothing is too much trouble and they’ve always got a smile on their face even when they’re really busy.

Friendly shop assistants. Efficient post office. Good choice of items when you need basics. Paper round service reliable.

Excellent service very helpful as usual she knew exactly what we needed and we found out she is allergic to chocolate !! Been using this post office for years and always looked after ! Pleasant friendly staff ☺☺☺

This place has improved dramatically. The staff are really friendly and joy to be served from. Both the postoffice and the shop staff are brilliant .

I called at Hearh Rd Post office to return an item that I had sent for by mail order but it was too tight so I needed to return quickly as wanted for my up coming holiday, the assistant was behind another counter but acknowledged me straight away she was very friendly and polite and scanned my parcel and gave me the receipt
My encounter was all of 5 minutes that's what I call customer care

owner .The staff are nice enough just the shop never has half the stuff when you go in poorly run it could be a really profitable business as its the only shop but with no stock all the time it makes people stop going sort it out owners *****what a change now a fully stocked shop amazing staff such a turn around well done to the new owner

Very useful community convenience store with really genuine old fashioned service, especially in the post office where the very friendly staff remember their customers names and the services they need. I have also noticed how caring they are with elderly customers. This sort of personal service is rare these days.
