Clean store and well stocked

Plenty of offers to pick from

Well known brands are sold here too

Till guy was nice and polite

Security guard did follow me around but can’t complain as he was doing his job

This is a good Iceland ~ store is very clean, provides cleaning products & hand sanitizer right outside the shop.

It sells almost everything ~ of course frozen food (meals, meats, fish, seafood, vegs, seasonal food, desserts, ice cream, etc.) cakes / biscuits / desserts / treats, drinks, beer, wine, milk, fresh fruits & vegs, breads, pet foods & products, general household items, toiletries, cereals, tinned food…… and lots more.

Staff was very polite and friendly.

Plenty of parking spaces, includes disabled parking spaces.

It's nice clean and tidy in and outside! Good staff members! Busy staff members but well cooperative! I do recommend it all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to admin!!!

Its easy to shopping in a nearby store. Iceland is good place to shop.

I left my card quickly found returned 👌

Great stuff, working very hard every day

Wanted to say a massive thankyou to the lady Suzanne that served me in store today. (Saffron Lane store). I was having a panic attack and she reassured me and tried to make me stay calm and not rush. I suffer with it alot unfortunately and normally I avoid shops. Today I tried my best to go instore today and this happened. Makes me have faith in humanity that there is kind people out there. So thankyou again Suzanne if you see this:) xx

Also I had a small issue this evening with items missing in my delivery and the lady that answered the phone sorted this out fast and the man that delivered was kind and apologetic it happened. Very pleased. Will definitely use there store again. Thankyou to the staff from myself xx

Great service, great products and polite friendly helpful staff

Love this shop. Very well priced and sells pretty much everything you need for the family. Fresh fruit, vegetables and salad stuff as well as the frozen side. Staff are welcoming and really helpful, so no complaints from me

Without Icelands delivery service I am not sure how I would have got through lock down.
They and their Drivers were a life line and God send. Thank you all.

Good value , when we have delivery always on time

Such great value on all products, really injoy the microwave dinner's, they taste like real fresh home made dinner's, love the quality on meat n fresh produce. Iceland n aldi's both get a 10/10 from me.

There was a shoplifting situation at Iceland earlier today where the thieves got away out running 2 staff members and one security officer. Besides that it was good business as usual
