Always fantastically helpful. I bought a rather bulky item. I have a disability, though not obvious. The staff were very helpful as usual. A young lady asked if I could manage and even offered to help me to load it in my car
I am sorry for the delivery problem with the last review, I have to say if I order on line I always check delivery to the store as it is. 10 miles to my nearest store. Thank you and well done Argos Fakenham.

Excellent staff; very knowledgeable and took a lot of time and trouble to ensure that we got the right products at the right price. Would highly recommend a visit if you're looking to buy a mobile or tablet.

I did click and collect. The service was excellent and the store was close to the carpark. It was a pity that the carpark was chargeable; Fakenham could benefit from more people shopping there and the carpark fees are a deterrent.

Argos is Argos. The shops are clean and easy to navigate, the staff is very friendly and always helpful and you usually receive your purchase within five minutes.

Had an unscheduled visit to Fakenham Argos yesterday as although our holiday rental house provided a travel cot, there was no mattress. Grandson arriving to stay in two day's time, what to do? Went into Fakenham Argos having looked at measurements etc and immediately approached by Miranda who was patience personified in helping me to find a suitable item which could be delivered in time. Yodel have just delivered and it's a perfect fit. Thank you Miranda, it was a pleasure to meet you.
PS while I was pondering mattresses, my husband had wandered to another desk looking at beard trimmers to replace his of 15 + years. He was served by Josh, who was equally pleasant and helpful. Full marks to Argos for selection and training of your staff at Fakenham - they did you proud.

Having Argos nearby means that you can now get most things in Fakenham, always lots on offer and staff generally helpful.

Large open store with EE store on site. Staff are friendly and mostly know what they have in store.
