Screwfix Fakenham

Visited today for a part which it seems has now been discontinued. However the staff were so friendly and helpful ( big shout out for Paul!) they came up with an alternative, cheaper, solution for me, which unfortunately I had to order from elsewhere online. Thanks so much guys, that was really helpful service - and all with a smile!

Many to James at the FAKENHAM branch who went above and beyond to try help us get a mixer tap for our broken caravan tap, to find fittings to get a bathroom mixer tap to get us out of trouble. My gratitude to him for his help many thanks Ade Sheldrake

Good helpful service as always

Just about every time I've visited a Screwfix (not just Fakenham) I've gone away with the impression that they've truly nailed customer service. The Fakenham branch didn't disappoint. I arrived at 18:00 ish by which time most customer facing staff tend to be flagging. Here I was greeted by a cheery chap who directed me to a smiley young lady who retrieved my pre-ordered purchase literally in seconds. I was bid a "lovely evening" and exited the store within two minutes of arriving in the car park. I would have been happy to have lingered to enjoy the VIP treatment a bit longer. To me, this is what five star really means.

We decided that we'd made a mistake with an order!! No hesitation! Refund provided, help to deal with the products, and a very friendly and understanding staff! Absolutely first class service; I'll be going back to the Fakenham branch; it's what you hope for but is rarely provided elsewhere!!

Five star for staff service, but one star for availability of stock. As always, not one Screewfix seems to have everything under one roof.
