Baked at Halcyon

My family surprised me with this fantastic bespoke cake for my 40th, based on my cheeky greyhound who had recently had a run-in with a hedgehog, and loves squirrels! The detail was intricate, with a touch of humour. The sponge cake was delicious; really moist with just the right thickness of icing. It served our group of 11 people twice over, with some to spare. I’ve had lots of cakes from Baked at Halcyon and they have all been delicious and created with great care. The raspberry and almond birthday cake sponge is a particular favourite.Efficient friendly service too. What more could you ask?!

I contacted about an idea for a cake and I couldn’t have been happier when I saw how beautiful it was! It had such character and my son was so happy when he saw it that he took a huge bite out of it the second after he blew out the candle 😂 everyone at the party was commenting about how delicious it was - I will be back year and year!!!! Linda did all the catering for my mother's funeral afternoon tea.
The attention to detail was 1st class.
The vintage China, home baked myriad of fancy cakes and beautiful hand cut delicate
sandwiches were mouthwatering. Everything was of the finest quality. I have already placed my order for Christmas.
