Starbucks - Sports Plaza

Lucy and Lindsey absolutely made our holiday! After I asked about the vegan whipped cream (as one of the children in our party can't have dairy) they were lovely enough to make up a little vegan treat so he could feel included! We couldn't be more grateful for the compassion and quick thinking shown to suit a dietary requirement!!! ❤

Went for a coffee on Friday 21 April '23 @ Starbucks @ Longleat, mid afternoon - the place was packed. Karen approached me as she could see I was looking for a table and asked if she could help, said bear with her and she'd see if anyone was ready to leave. Found us a table immediately, cleaned the table and brought me a water, my friends were queuing and I so appreciated her help - fantastic customer service and she was so lovely I wanted to share this feedback ❤

It is good to have a coffee during or in between doing some sports, so their location is very convenient.

Just another overpriced coffee outlet.
Placed right in the middle of the Sports Plaza, it is the perfect place to re energise with caffeine before you hit the next sport activity.
There is a large seating area that looks out over the Plaza so you can chill out and watch the kids from above as you sup your drink of choice.

Starbucks at the longleat, has an ideal location as it's at the front for the arrivals waiting to have access for the accommodation. They have a really small area to for indoor seating and they cramming people in to just say we have indoor seating. The service was slow, cheese toasty arrived first, even though they wrote my name down. Had to eat a cold cheese toasty as I had to wait for the cappuccino.

Two miserable female staff who seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but at work. I didn't appreciate the drinks being slammed down onto the counter either. The drinks were actually pretty nice but in my book if the staff make you feel uncomfortable at a hospitality venue it really doesn't matter how good everything else is as they certainly won't be getting any repeat custom from me.

Lovely staff not supported by the fact they constantly run out of ice for drinks at a sports venue.

The lime drink looked nothing like the photo behind the counter, and for the price I expected it to taste a lot better than it did. Garbage.
