Really nice next store,everything was exceptionally clean and they had a lot in stock and loads of lovely things.A huge store with a Costa on the top floor.Anuja’s customer service was great!!!

I had nice experience with shop assistant Iryna.Normaly no one is available on the floor to help me with a choice of clothes.I don't even thry to ask anyone anymore. but here i had wonderful surprise from this Ukrainian lady Iryna.She almost designed my outfit))) Lady with a great taste and attention for details).

There was a lovely lady today that helped me and went out of her way for me to buy the right item. I just want to thank Sheree and Sophie for helping me.

Picked up a few clothes from here. I little higher in price than the neighboring stores but customer service makes up for it

Came to the store to buy a prom suit for my little brother. Even tho it was last minute as we came close to closing time, and we were trying lots of options, Maximus was very nice and helpful. From going in the back to check if they have other measurements, to just being polite and amazing. Again, it was closing time but he still made sure we found what we needed and even helped us with opinions. For such a young lad, he’s got amazing customer service.

Excellent customer service - I'd say some of the best I have had in a VERY long time - if not in all time. The lady serving me was extremely knowledgeable, knew her stock and what would go well together. She was able to accurately size up my son at a glance, and recommend the best accessories. I spent a lot more than planned, but left feeling very content with what I purchased.

Thank you Tara for going above and beyond with my purchase of my Christmas tree. Even though she was busy she took time to speak to me. She is polite, friendly and has excellent customer service.

And thank you to the management for letting me have the last tree that was in the window display and was decorated beautifully and had to be taken down and repacked in the box because I wanted that one and they had sold out.

Friendly efficient staff in a very fast paced retail environment is the best thing to say about them in a long list of good things.

The clothing they offer is good quality and excellent value for money and when combined with their excellent returns policy for store bought items as well as online purchases its seconds to none.

Added bonus is the Amazon pick up and returns hub, the only one in Uxbridge (currently)

Lovely branch of Next. All the staff are great. Friendly and really helpful. If they haven't got what you want on the shop floor they always kindly offer to check stock upstairs or you can order in to collect. Love Next for their Jeans fit especially.

Went into the Uxbridge store looking for black evening suit.
They didn’t have one my size, however Hena found exactly what I was looking for and ordered it for me.
Hena was excellent throughout and extremely helpful, superb customer service.

Nice store. I like how they keep improving and expanding it.. it just would be perfect if they expanded the children section and had more variety

Great store with such friendly staff, they are always quick to serve and will go the extra mile to find products that you are looking for even if it means helping you order it from the next website. They have customer service down to a tea.

The store is clean and perfectly set out making it easy to find what you are looking for with little clutter on the floor or shelves.

Great looking store now that the refit has finished. It has an extended women's, men's and kids dept, a Lipsy store alongside and a new Costa on the top level with great views of the intu shopping centre. Well worth a visit.

I must be lucky it's never overcrowded here I can take my time with my family and they always have a good range to choose from. I like that staff don't pester yet will help whenever you ask.
