What a lovely experience shopping at Hobbs Guildford yesterday. Everyone greeted us as we walked in and offered assistance. Once I was ready to try on our Style Assistant, Hang, couldn’t have been more helpful not only suggesting clothes to suit me but also how to wear them. Top service - would definitely recommend!

Hang was exceptionally kind and patient when I came in looking for an outfit for a black tie event. As someone who doesn’t often dress up I often find this experience overwhelming but Hang made it really easy and put a few different outfits together for me to try. I have recently been into Hobbs Guildford to buy an outfit to take on holiday, I was ask if I require assistance by Hang, we when through different combinations together, Hang was extremely patient with me and very knowledgeable on the stock. My mother and I went to the Hobbs Guildford store where we were greeted by Hang.

We went to Hobbs to buy a skirt as my mother was going to an event, Hang suggested she tried the matching jacket that coordinates with the skirt.

My mother was so pleased with the out fit she brought the set.

The advice and service we had from Hang was fantastic, patient and knowledgeable about the products as well as understanding about what would look good on my mother.

I have recently been into the Hobbs store Guildford to buy a mother of the bride outfit and I was approached, by one of the sales ladies Hang. I tried on a number of occasions outfits and settled on a navy jacket, blue dress and navy shoes. Hang was so calm with me, considering I was rather stressed about buying an outfit for a formal occasion. Hang thank you for your time and patience.

I wanted to buy a dress to attend a December wedding in. I found the dress and a pair of shoes which I love but the lasting impression is the amazing customer service I received. I haven’t received service like that in a long time and it made the experience a genuine pleasure. This experience and service is something the internet can’t offer and sadly, a lot of high street shops are failing to provide too. Thank you Hobbs.
