Superga Covent Garden

Great experience with the team at Superga near Covent Gardens on Neal Street. They helped me pick out a unique surprise gift for my wife …leather Superga kicks with a hand painted rock and roll superwoman theme. Awesome idea and we’ll received!

Claudia gave us outstanding service and was brilliant with my children who we were buying for. The in house artist did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience today :)

An excellent retail experience today at the CGarden store. Ruby and Tom were a delight. They didn’t have the size I wanted in full grey (the sold out two hours earlier) but they tracked one down in Kings Rd store and arranged to have it DPDd to me. Excellent, engaging and thoughtful service. Faultless. Can’t wait for more full colour options next season.

I saw some negative reviews about the staff, so I have to say that in the two times I visited (to purchase a pair, and then to exchange for a different size & colour) I encountered only helpful and friendly employees who understood my needs and were very happy to help.

We found this place by chance while on a trip and loved the concept. We gave the artist 2 photos, one of each of our dogs as well as names and the product came today. A pair of unique high top trainers with beautiful, realistic paintings on. The concept and artist is exquisite. Exceptional job we couldn’t be happier with the product! Thanks so much!

Having ordered Superga Pebbleleam on line there was a size problem so I arrived at their shop at 53A Neal St and the staff there were extremely helpful, and my replacement pair arrived at my home 2 days later free of delivery charge, and they fit perfectly, Super 5 * service at the store and great shoes, well done !!!!

Some of our favourite shoes are from here. Always friendly staff, and the shoes always last a long time.
