A small little store that can get very busy. Popped in to sort out an old contract. The staff were very helpful and got a great deal on our SIM only plan. Got a better deal as we were BT internet subscribers.

Great customer service. Even though they are usually very busy and you may have to wait... but they are very patient and knowledgeable.
We went in to ask for advice on how to fix a few issues with our phone, and the manager on shift went through everything with us and fixed the issues. Thank you.

The chap who served us (Jamie) was super knowledgeable and swift. I've spent what felt like an eternity upgrading before in other locations.

If you want a parking tip, go for Tesco's. Don't queue for Bond Street, it'll take forever.

What can I say, I've been back twice in the last two weeks. Alfie served me both times. This guy is so helpful and professional.

On my first visit he set up my transfer from EE pay as you go to a contract, sorted out a new phone for me and went above and beyond with help and assistance. Today I returned with my wife to add another line and phone to my contract and yet again heassisted us with everything... Well done EE for finding a superb assistant who works within your Chelmsford store.

Had a problem setting up an eSim which the very helpful assistant, Teri, sorted for me.
Unlike on some previous visits no attempt was made to persuade me to upgrade my contracts.

Thank you to the member of staff at EE Chelmsford who was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. He sorted the problem with my mobile phone. I have been a customer with EE for many years and would recommend them highly.

Phone stopped charging and was still in manufacturers warranty so returned it to store, adviser checked it and said it had to be sent for repair, gave me a phone on loan while it is away (had to leave a security deposit which is fair). Great service !
