I wanted to highlight a star employee, Amanda Welton. I rang the store to ask if they had a high demand product in stock. Amanda answered the phone within a few rings, was polite and professional, informed me they had received a delivery that day, what colours they were in, how many and the price. I was in work so couldn’t get there straight away, Amanda very kindly put them away for me, my parents went to collect them a few hours later and again was very helpful and professional. I can’t express my thanks enough, the items I purchased were cast iron pumpkin casserole pots and they are fabulous, amazing quality and good value. Thank you Amanda!!

Went to the store to get a fan for the hot weather, 1st wanted to test a product, thanks to all the staff and the "BOSS LADY" for the assistance. Letting us test the fans quality before purchasing. Very kind of you and great customer service from the staff. Thank you 😊

16/04/20. I went to purchase a large amount of compost. I was quite overwhelmed by how supportive....helpful and kind the staff are. A young girl even helped me unload into the car. Firstly a great bargain in itself but I must say the staff and manager there are lovely and went above and beyond to help me.

What's not to love about home bargains? This store is always kept very clean and tidy. Usually queues at the checkout and they only have 1 wider isle suitable for wheelchairs and prams which is disappointing

Great goods at great prices. I often find gifts here that are unusual at a fraction of the cost..

Great ,one of the biggest I've been in and great prices, and when busy they open all the tills so u can get out with no big queue

I had a nasty experience today I thought my purse had been stolen . The staff were so helpful & could see I has having a melt down . Luckily it was found . Silenna not sure of the spelling was lovely .

Always appreciated this Home Bargains store. It provides a lot of products for an incredible price, it's a must if going on a shopping trip! Staff are also very nice and willing to have a chat when approached.

Good place for bargains and household groceries that you have no idea where else to get. Great prices for branded items too. Just shame sometimes when you think you have found a good item and like to buy it again just the shop won't stock it anymore

Always get a good bargain here. Ideal for me to go to as it always has everything I need at a budget price. I always find I buy more than what I need but the good thing is about that is it doesn't really affect me that dramatically.
