Such a lovely welcoming experience. As first time parents to be, we were not sure what we needed, but Lauren gave us a couple of hours of her time to make sure we got exactly what was right for us, and demonstrated a variety of buggies, all whilst giving us the space to browse and consider, no pressure whatsoever. Competitive pricing as well. We will be back and we’ll definitely be recommending to others.

Been in your store recently to buy my egg pram which I'm absolutely in love with, and was served by mandy who couldn't do enough for us. From helping me pick out the perfect pram to making us coffee's. Great customer service. Cannot recommend this store enough will definitely be visiting again.

Had such an amazing experience choosing our pram, the staff were really helpful and approachable and the store is lovely, lots of different prams to choose from and test and the staff are really knowledgeable and know how to show you all the little features on the prams. Lauren helped us choose and we chose an egg 2 and are so happy with the deal being on this weekend as well. This was our first experience going to the baby store and it's safe to say that we will definitely be back. We cant wait to collect our travel system in the new year and will definitely be returning for other bits and bobs.

Good place to check out buggies. There's a good selection, the place is clean and tidy, and the staff helpful at showing the pram's features. A big plus is get they will try them out in your car to see how they fit - essential for us with a tiny boot

Visited last weekend to shop for prams with a new born coming soon, Mandy was beyond helpful. Very friendly, gave a full walkthrough of the products we were interested in and the store was full of high quality products. Needless to say, we ordered the Pram there & then, and it's even stored until we need to take delivery, would highly recommend the store.

Since discovering this store we have bought a cot bed, sheets for cot, sheets for our bedside Cozee Crib, window covers for the car and most recently a car seat that will last until our child is 12.

Every time we’ve gone in the staff have been so helpful! It’s also incredibly helpful to see the items on display and get demonstrations. When looking for a car seat we were shown all the options and they even fit it in my car after purchase.

We recommended the store to another family member and they also purchased their cot bed and a full pram set.

Affordability wise, we’ve found the products were lower in price than competitors selling the same items.

Highly recommend a visit!

Huge selection of prams that you can get and push around. Upstairs there’s cots and furniture etc.
The staff are all really friendly and helpful showing you how the prams work etc.
Lay away service available.

Visited to look at 360 car seats for my 9 month old and the staff were so helpful. The shop is brilliant with so many prams, so much choice of nursery furniture and lovely clothes, teddies etc. I really wish this place had existed when I was pregnant! Highly recommend

The best shop around !!! After coming from glossop we was not disappointed the service the product and the prices can’t be beaten made our purchases completely stress free highly recommend

I visited the store for the first time at a Silvercross event. All the team were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on products. The store had great deals, better than I have found online and they offer great deposits and delivery options. Would highly recommend for new and existing parents.
