We had a media wall fitted in the living room and it exceeded expectations. The workmanship was perfect, as we'd hoped, and expected. The customer service, friendliness, professionalism and understanding of our requirements set them apart from other companies we looked at. Also their close working relationship with Richer Sounds created a seamless integration with the A/V equipment we purchased. All the cable runs were well thought out, speaker templates cut to size, making for a simple home cinema installation. I'd highly recommend DTR customs for any bespoke work.

DTR have created the most amazing built in furniture for our home. We did several rooms. Hayley was wonderful and had amazing ideas. Grace’s attention to detail was incredible, she spent so much time with me going through everything and the plans were clear for us to see; nothing was left to chance.

I am absolutely thrilled with the custom media unit I received from DTR. From the initial design consultation to the technical planning phase and the flawless installation, the entire process was a delight. Last week our bespoke media unit was installed and we could not be happier with the service or workmanship. Hayley and Grace worked really hard to give us the perfect design, Mark installed everything seamlessly (and with great care and next to no mess) in our home and our daughter was a huge fan of his by the time he left us. We work in design / manufacturing and are super fussy about the level of finish on anything that we purchase and we have not been disappointed. I can highly recommend DTR customs and we will certainly have them back for the next project we tackle in our new home.

We’ve had 2 separate jobs from DTR. Very happy with both, the corner TV unit in the lounge really enhances the room. The kitchen/diner unit blends really well with our new fitted kitchen. Both expertly fitted. Great service from the team. Highly recommend this company.

Dave installed by himself over a day and a half, wasn't happy with the finish of one panel. Took it away to get it spot on and did it perfectly.

Highly recommend DTR. We had an awkward space from an old chimney which we couldn’t fit any furniture in; so decided to get a reputable local bespoke furniture company to build us something for the space. We wanted something that was special but also fitted well with the rest of the room. We couldn’t be more delighted. All of the staff are friendly, professional and hard working. We are so pleased with both how it looks and functions but also the people who designed, built and installed it so professionally and with care to every detail. Hope to use again in the future!

We have had a lovely corner shoe cupboard fitted in our bedroom and are very pleased with the end result. This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is my second time choosing DTR to do an install at home. This time a home office. From the first call to the final handshake they really are a warm, thoughtful family business that truly consider your needs. I'll be using them again for sure.

Hayley, Dave and the team at DTR are an absolute pleasure from the very starting phone call, to completion of the project. We wanted a seating area for our ‘snug’. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but we were couldn’t really describe it. I sent over some Pinterest ideas to them and they came up with a design that was better than we ever thought. We had storage for books, snacks and under the seating we could use the space to put our logs for the fire. All the extra little touches make a big difference. They incorporated places for us to rest our drinks, charge our phones and have our surround sound placed under the seating area. EVERYONE who sees it admires the design and craftsmanship. We have had the seating area in for over a year now and with 3 kids and 2 dogs there are no marks, scuff stains or mug rings to be seen. Thank you DTR, I can’t wait to get the next project started with you.

DTR customs did a great job from first contact until the last bits of dust were vacuumed up. Grace was fantastic, helping us with the design and colour choice. David and Matt did an excellent job installing (they are perfectionists for sure) and I feel confident I will be looked after if I have any problems in the future. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended and the whole process was smooth. The whole team was fantastics, rectify the issues immediately and responsive throughout all phases (include design, installation and follow up issue). Good communication among their team, of course to customer as well.

Reasonable price with amazing products!

DTR installed our lovely bespoke fitted wardrobes. Throughout the whole process, they were friendly, professional and very helpful. We had been told by one of the big companies that nowhere would be able to do navy wardrobes but when we got the quote we were given multiple options and were able to pick the navy we wanted in the door shape and style that we wanted. The quote was the most reasonable of the three we received. We were told there was a 6 week wait to get the vinyl wrapped doors but were given the choice of whether we wanted the rest of the wardrobes fitting sooner so we could hang clothes up, and the doors fitting when they were ready or have them all installed together. We chose the first option which was perfect as we had just moved house and did not have any storage. The guys who came to do the installation were polite and very tidy, they did a great job and left no mess. There were a couple of small things that needed sorting afterwards but these were dealt with very quickly to ensure we had exactly what we wanted and Dave made sure that we didn't pay the full amount until we were happy with the finished product. We love our new wardrobes, they are exactly what we had hoped for and would highly recommend DTR Customs as an excellent local business.

At all stages we were kept informed of progress and dates given were all met . The installation team were very respectful of our home and left it clean and tidy at the end of every day they were with us. We would highly recommend them.

Great proffessional service. Grace understood our requirements and the vibe we wanted for the room and designed an amazing unit for us. Form the moment we saw the design we fell in love.
