I take my grandmother shopping here every week. She loves the frangipane and frozen vegetables. The prices are unbelievable cheap and really good quality. Parking is nice and easy. The staff are also really nice and helpful. 5 stars. Faultless.

Much bigger choice than I expected. Really good value too. Lots of non frozen things at reasonable prices.

Nice store, good selections but don’t get sucked into the not so great deals

I would just like to share my recent wonderful experience at Iceland. Iceland's options for plant based frozen food appears to have expanded compared to past visits, and everything we have tried so far has been at or exceeding the quality we get from other supermarkets

Great place to shop staff very helpful

Helpful, friendly team. I didn't have a coin for the trolley but staff helped me unlocking one for me. Anyone shopping at Newark Iceland just be aware of a 45 minute parking limit (at time of writing - May 2023), afterwards you may have to purchase additional parking from a ticket machine if you need longer. This is signposted with full details and instructions.

Not having a car, it's good to be able to shop yourself for products, and having a bonus card means you get free home delivery. Also you can you up your bonus card online without visiting the store

Excellent value for money. We spent about £140 today but got masses of food and totally filled our fridge and freezer. Best value today was 4l of lemonade for £2.

Both me and my wife are in our eighties so we took advantage of your early opening just for pensioners at the Newark store the two lads in charge were fantastic nothing was to much trouble a credit to the company nobody was panickbuying just doing there normal shopping you really have put all the other supermarkets to shame we will certainly doing our shopping there again WELL DONE

We have shopped at Iceland now for a few years and have always found the staff at the Newark store pleasant and helpful.....as we are both pension age and have health issues we decided to self isolate for the duration....we decided to use Iceland’s online delivery service for the first time. We were equally impressed with the service and attitude of the delivery driver.....Iceland obviously has a brilliant training regime or they go out of there way to employ pleasant individuals.....Well done Iceland and especially Newark Branch 👍🏼

I like a bit of Iceland. It's got loads of choice and it's good quality. The deals are always good. The workers multitask. In the back, on the shop floor and on the tills. Well done Newark Iceland staff.

Good array of frozen, chilled and fresh foods. Free delivery over £25 Large carpark. £1 parking but get that back at checkout. Wide automatic doors. £1 for trolley use

Nice and helpful staff, good choice of stock. Large car park cost £1.00, redeemable when you spend £5.00 in store. You can park for 2 hours. 5 minutes walk in to Newark town centre.

An excellent shop, clean, light and airy, if you want really fresh fish this is the place to go, granted it is frozen but it is frozen at source so very fresh and tasty, their up market range is fantastic give them a try and see for yourself
