Very helpful and Knowledgeable team got a great deal on a new Google 8 pro with ear buds and watch plus a MasterCard with £250 pre credited card so can't complain...

My wife needed a new phone. Both of us went to the shop. The information given and general service was excellent. All her questions were answered and that persuaded her to accept the recommended phone without hesitation. All in all were in the shop about an hour, which included a faultless transfer of her data. This is the best service we have ever had with O2. Many thanks to the three staff members for the great service.
I was so impressed with the overall service and phone choice, I ordered the same model. I picked it up three days later and also got a faultless transfer of my data. Our marking out a possible maximum of 10 is 20/10. A double score.

Really helpful, I went in today to pay off my phone contact and was greeted warmly by Millie. (Apologies if name is spelled incorrectly)

She helped me with all I needed and was extremely patient whilst I browsed through products. Everything was easily and thoroughly explained to me especially when I felt unsure. Overall excellent service, thanks again Millie!

I Had a very traumatic experience with my phone- thought I’d lost 7 years of my children’s photos. Elliott was fantastic. He was patient, sympathetic and kind, as well as very knowledgable. He spent hours with me trying various things and eventually managed to save everything for me. I cannot thank him enough. In what seems an increasing difficult and cynical world, he genuinely cared and was determined to help. If you have a problem, I 100% recommend you ask for Elliott.

I visited the shop today and was dealt with by Millie who answered all my questions I had about swapping from another provider onto an iPhone with an O2 contract. She dealt with me in a very polite and professional manner and was really helpful with the whole process and I was able to leave the shop with clear instructions of what and how the transfer process will happen.

As we walked in the assistant came too us to help and we were looked after very well my husband was trading up and the salesman was extremely pleasant and very helpful from start to finish.

Staff here are an absolute credit to the company they work for. Really friendly and informative, got me a great deal on the latest phone. Well worth the visit if you feel you have been let down by your current service provider.

It was second time to use this shop and it was a great experience again. Different staff members but same skills presented : professional, friendly, efficient and very helpful in a very natural manner. Keep up the good work Kettering team!

I had a visit to O2 shop few weeks ago and the staff I met Mr Tom was very helpful and professional.He has thorough knowledge about different plans and hand set and the way he introduced different handset was excellent .His communication skills and customer relations were extraordinary.
