The customer service which I received in B&M today was above and beyond what you can expect in an English shop! Thanks for looking after me so very well! They've a massive selection with very reasonable prices and it is run by friendly staff where Sally Assistance Hound and I are always made to feel welcome!

I could've spent a fortune!! I found it better than the one in Wellingborough by Tescos even though it's a smaller store. My only fault was that I bought breakable items and there was nothing to wrap them in. Will definitely be going back.

Good products, good prices. A well appointed and clean store which is easy to navigate. Only downside is I always came out with more than I wrnt in for 😅 Seriously though, I think that shows how good the products are. Always find a bargain on something useful

Excellent value, got myself one of the collapsible clothes horse, £350 Hoover computing junk drier packed up, after 2 years, so awaiting repair or skip...
Paid £17.00, Amazon wanted £27 delivered to door, I decided to walk 300 meters and save a tenner. 👍💯

Great place to get 2 in one coffee

Nice big store with lots of bits and bobs, I'd recommend checking online for their stock before going there if there's anything in particular you need. They even have car stuff like coolant which is great.

Nice place to shop got everything

Quite a handy B&M in the centre of town, even though its a smaller format than other local B&M stores it does seem to have some better items than the bigger ones.

Good selection of goods at fairly good prices. It was just a wander round with a family member

B. M stores is a great store to visit. I go there shopping quiet alot. I can always find what I'm looking for. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always willing to help the customer!

This is a much better store than the one out of town. Although a lot smaller & not stocking as large a range, the staff are a lot more knowledgeable, helpful, & to be honest, smell a lot better, as in my experience, several of the staff at the retail park store smell like feral animals!

It's a real bargain store. A lot of items they do are exactly the same as the ones you see ìn supermarkets - brand, weight, everything, only considerably chèaper. They also store almost every day-to-day household items.
Being in the town centre is a plus.
Perhaps the staff could be a bit nicer.

Plenty of bargains. Prices are definitely cheaper compared to other DIY retailers. I love to browse in their big shop. Good for everyday Do-it-yourself moments.

Always well stocked with a variety of products. It's a great place to have a wander and kill time and I usually find a great bargain... or some biscuits

Smaller of the two stores we have but still holds plenty of stock, friendly helpful staff and great shopping atmosphere.
