Mentions that they close at 11, which they don’t. I’ve been in there multiple times at around 10:30 (or sometimes even earlier), it’s either they have the door completed closed or you walk in and they say they are doing the cash up and can’t serve anymore.
I would understand if this was a pub or restaurant and they had no customers but from a shop it’s bad. If you close earlier than 11 then state that.

Never in my life have I felt so humiliated as I did yesterday coming in. 6 years myself and partner have been coming into your shop daily. Yesterday when I come in I was greeted with hi so I said hi ya I continued to the aisle as I was out their sight they were taking the piss out of my with high pitched voices and laughing. As I got to the till to pay for my stuff i paid said happy New year as I turned away one of your staff said stop taking the piss out of her hat there's nothing wrong with it then laughed again. 1 couldn't even bring myself to lift my head walking out of your shop it's disgusting

I am 40 years old and the guy is asking for id for a strach card. I don't shop here no more because of this guy

Says they close at 11 but I’d advice you to go atleast half an hour earlier as they lock the door way before 11
