One Stop

Had several items to return to Amazon via Evri. Young lad on the counter, very friendly and between us dealt with v quickly and efficiently.

Recently moved from the area where this shop is located and my experiences in similar stores where I moved to made me realise just how good this shop is. Staff very pleasant and helpful. A huge credit to them 👏👏👏

Absolutely appalling service. I went to drop off a parcel for Avri. The women at the till took my phone to scan the bar code and kept flipping through my phone and dealing with other customers. When I questioned her and told her to give my phone back she said” do you want me to scan it not” Then she paired up with another customer and started shouting at me stating “ I have other customers too you know” I said I am happy to wait until all customers have gone but you have no right to go though my phone.
I have never had such a rude response from anyone. I have bank details on my phone and she was going through it. I have reported to police too.

Hours were wrong on Google so was closed when I got there
