Stunning sofa made to my choice of fabric (from a huge range). Most importantly it was partly assembled on site, as my doorway is too narrow to allow access for a full sofa. Delighted with the quality and look.

We are very pleased with the Delcor furniture we purchased from Derwent House in Witney, Oxfordshire. The staff we very helpful, not pushy and understood our requirements well. Having had a sofa from Derwent House Living it was time to turn our attention to a new bed. We were able to spend quality time trying out all the Naturalmat options in the ‘sleep zone’ along with relaxing sounds of sheep and waves! Emily and Ali helped us through the various machinations and we chose The Splendid, medium tension. Got delivered yesterday and we are very happy with our headboard choice and fab draws in the matching divan base. Thank you Derwent House Living and Naturalmat!

Shopping at Derwent House was such a good experience. David was helpful, patient and not pushy at all - the result is a super-comfy sofa we love and is exactly what we wanted.

Derwent House were incredibly helpful. I purchased two Chairs which were made to order and they also made cushions from a piece of fabric that was left over. Everything was carried out on time and I am extremely pleased with the results.

What a totally wonderful shopping experience stepping through the doors of Derwent House. The staff are a pleasure to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable. Over the past year we have purchased a number of beautiful pieces from an elegant handmade sofa, stunning Tingewick pottery lamps, a striking Sentinel lamp from Pablo - the list goes on. I love visiting the shop for a browse whenever I am in the area.

Richelle was very helpful in response to a speculative query about a wool throw I hoped was in stock. She came back quickly on email and was happy to post it promptly to me. Well packed and fair postage charge. Really impressed by her care and quality of service.

A beautifully presented showroom with interesting and unique displays of quality craftsmanship. Well worth a browse! We enjoyed roaming freely and admiring all the products and then received such excellent advice, given in a professional and friendly manner. We did not feel under any pressure and were given time and space to make our decisions.
We purchased three bar stools made by Barnby Design of Hay on Wye, customising them with our choice of fabric.
They took around six weeks to be made and delivered and we are thoroughly delighted with the product. They more than met our expectations.

I needed help with refurbishing an old Delcor sofa, and ordering two new armchairs to go with it. Richelle immediately took on board my wishes for choosing a fabric, and condensed the choice of hundreds down to three! I am absolutely delighted with the result. The showroom is amazing and the coffee delicious!

A spacious showroom with a wide selection of good quality upholstered furniture. Plenty of on site parking.
Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant, who listened to our specific requirements. Delighted with our purchase. Delcor furniture is expensive but you get what you pay for. We have had one of their sofas for 28 years and it is still in good condition and comfortable.

We have just had a small dilapidated but well loved sofa reupholstered by
Derwent House. It looks wonderful, and now quite outshines our other
furniture ! The whole process from ordering the work , to completion was very quick even during these difficult Covid times. Thank you.

Beautiful products, many are hand made by small British based companies. Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Derwent House sells pieces which make a home individual and interesting.

I just had delivery of a wonderful bespoke Ted cabinet made by one of the craftspeople recommended by Derwent House.(BarnbyDesign))I must say it exceeded my expectations and I am delighted with it.
It was delivered on time and I had excellent communication with the shop owner in spite of the restrictions of the pandemic.

The perfect interiors shop for people who like beautifully designed furniture and home accessories made by UK craftsmen. Gorgeous selection of fabrics - thrilled with our sofa. We also bought a Robert Barnsby desk which is almost too beautiful to use. Proper old fashioned personal service from a small team of knowledgeable people. The opposite of IKEA (no offence to lovely IKEA!!).
