Staff are always courteous and helpful. It's my local shop so it's a few minutes' walk and they know me, so if I forget my wallet they'll happily leave the shopping behind the counter. Also, if and when things get to counting the pennies and bagging them up into the plastic bank bags, they don't mind that either. All in all; helpful; courteous; clean shop floors (so there are no potential slip, trip or skid hazards), and patient!

The cooperative.... let me tell you a story my fine sir/ ma'm. One sure fine morning i jumped out of my resting place and slipped on my bright white socks...knowing it would be a beautiful day, however.... Was wrong.... very wrong... the usual stroll towards my local cooperative was disturbed by a youngsum individual with a foul mouth and disgusting attitude. Never before have I been served by such polite and helpful staff! Everytime I have shopped there, which has been a couple of times a week for the last year or so, the staff have been like nowhere else!
