I purchased two shoes of varying sizes. Clearly, the company has enhanced their refund process. It's now both transparent and swift. In my experience, I got my refund within one business day after they got my package.

All perfect!! Thank you. I got my beautiful bag with the higher discount on the market 24 hours after placing the order.
I do not understand the negative reviews. The shopping experience was great and I could call and speak with an agent only after a three minute wait. Please do not hesitate to order from this company. Best wishes!

Despite the negative online reviews, I had a pleasant experience shopping online with Coggles. Very reasonable product and shipping prices even to Australia and you can shop with your local currency. Shipping was relatively quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Thanks!

Ordered Doctor Marten shoes on Friday, and they arrived on the following Monday morning, a day before they were due. Was worried after seeing the negative comments that I shouldn't have used this company, I looked up reviews after ordering, like a fool!
But have been pleasantly surprised, and wanted to redress some of the balance of the negative comments. Thank you Coggles, whoever you are!

Excellent all round service from ordering online to delivery. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews here.
Ordered Friday evening and received Tuesday free delivery and came in a lovely box, was a gift so saved me wrapping it.😄

With these reviews you don't see the 100s of happy customers including me! i have bought more than 20 items from coggles and only had a problem once which they quickly rectified! They have great stock on item i wear and always quick delivery. If designers are too expensive to buy at coggles then maybe you should shop on EBAY! You can get a poor fake for half the price coggles charge... If unsure about what size to buy the get both sizes and return one. But this applies with all online shopping? Keep up the good work goggles from a HAPPY customer : )

Great service from Coggles. Called up regarding the tracking details as it took a few days to confirm the order, but all was fine quick delivery and 40%off on my order

The website looks so polished and the store in manchester is stunning. Amazing customer service and a real feel of luxury. I'd definitely recommend Coggles for their wide brand offering and sense of fashion forward items.

Love this store, great selection of fashion pieces and the homeware section is so dreamy. Great location when you're mooching around in town to pop and treat yourself to something special. They have a superb selection of Ganni and Rixo too! Far nicer vibe than Selfridges and the big overwhelming retailers.

Bought a pair of Kenzo trainers for my hubby, still full price at other places, free delivery and arrived on time in good package, all is well.

Really good experience using the Coggles website - I was apprehensive due to the negative reviews, but the dispatch time and email communications were both great, and the product was a bargain! Would recommend them.

Do not get the negativity at all, ordered a jacket for more then half the retail, came promptly with tags great packaging within 3 days, what more can you ask for
