Tesco Superstore

I have shopped here twice since Christmas and both times I have had to interact with staff members and I have to say they weren't just helpful , they were so approachable and friendly, I will be shopping here more often because of my experience with them, I wish I had taken their names.

I have never had a problem at tesco Manston. Nice store and great staff. Have used it since it opened. Keep up the good work. Thank you all so much

We go regularly to Manston Road Tesco. We go there twice a week to the cafe for 'breakfast'. The staff are always friendly and inviting. The drinks and food are served in good time and hot as should be (or cold if you prefer of course) The cafe is always clean when we go there and there is generally plenty of room. We follow this up with a bit of shopping before going to get the bus back home.

Smaller and far easier to buy most products. Prefer it for local basic items. Only complaint is nearly all check out is self service which are constantly unreliable, the old ways are still the best and quicker with staffed check out

Love this store always has everything I need. Staff really friendly and helpful and help packaging shopping too which is a great help. Great deals too with club card

I love my Tesco, everything we have almost certainly comes from Tesco, the fresh food counter is always fresh and well presented, if you need to ask the staff for help they are very willing and actually physically take you to the product you need unlike other stores I've tried, I have tried all of the local supermarkets but for me Tesco comes out top, thankyou Tesco

Tesco,s is a very good shop which covers most things, good for popping in for a few odd items or a weekly shop, large parking area self-service tills and staffed checkouts. We use it a lot because everything under one roof and no worries about getting a parking ticket so you can browse through the clothing, household, seasonal, or whatever at your leisure and the staff are very helpful.

A big thank you to all Tesco's staff for selling poppies at the main entrance, your effort is much appreciated by us old soldiers to vulnerable to carry such duties at this time.Great respect shown we salute you all.

Would like to say a big well done for the guy who dressed up as grinch made my daughters day and also let us have a pic. Nice to see the staff getting in the christmas spirit.

Just came out of a fire drill with this store and the staff dealt with the aftermath amazingly, every person was assigned a member of staff which replaced items like frozen goods from each person's trolly. Great service.

The best Tesco in Kent. Petrol station staff in particular are just outstanding; happy to help, cheerful and pleasant. They definitely deserve a massive bonus and a 100% pay rise.

Great when shopping with young children - free fruit at 1st aisle to keep them occupied. Good amount of parent and child parking too.

Even when I had nearly put one off their self service tills out of action , the staff were calm and brilliant.

a good shop friendly staff willing to help Managers help out as well might not find that in other well known supermarkets all in all a good shop
