Norwegian Store

I placed an online order for a sweater around 8.30 on Tuesday morning. It was processed and confirmation e mail to advise it had been dispatched that morning. It arrived 48 hours later. Fantastic quality product and a great fit. Just what I was looking for (the sizing chart online was brilliant and very accurate). I am delighted and looking forward to visiting the store again when I am next in Keswick

I had an excellent experience dealing with this store. I phoned initially to get sizing as there wasn't a size guide on their website. Maura who dealt with me was fantastic. She measured the jumper I required while I was on the phone. Once I'd compared the sizing to a jumper I already own I phoned back. Maura took my order on Monday 1pm , and the jumper arrived in Devon at 12.30pm today, Tuesday .Thank you, Maura (and Royal Mail:).

And the service is fantastic. Friendly, efficient and very helpfull. Postage is very fast! Will be deffinatley buying from them again . Will be my first port of call when visiting Keswick again. Highly recommended 10 out of 10.

Such a lovely shop. We go there everytime we go to the lakes and their jumpers are just excellent. Recently I have bought over the phone for Christmas and the lady in the shop was so so helpful. Such a pleasure to shop with them.

Having lost my Finnish gloves which was the warmest pair I’ve ever owned , I thought that this Norwegian store could provide with a pair of gloves from their shop. I was not disappointed. Did feel lighter in the pocket though.

Cannot fault their customer service. Telephoned last Friday 16/12/22 and ordered a sweater for a friend. Lady (sorry didn't get your name) so helpful went over and above. Promised to put in post on Saturday but couldn't guarantee we'd receive before Christmas. Arrived today. Completely happy with our purchase. We'll done Nowegian Store. Merry Christmas.

If you like warm woolen jumpers, this is a very dangerous place to visit; your wallet will suffer.

They have a large selection of high quality Norwegian jumpers and other woolen items. Every time I have visited I have left with a splendidly warm jumper.

I have several jumpers and cardigans bought over the last 15 years. Great products from a lovely gentleman who is always so helpful and patient. All products still in use. Love the quality of Norwegian knitwear.

Great to visit - as we did last October - but also great service over the phone. No other shop I web-searched carried the model colour and size I wanted, but I rang and had exactly what I wanted in the post the following morning! Great selection in store and a 'must visit' on all our future Lakes trips!

Great shop in Keswick. I've got two jumpers from here now; both are great quality and well worth the price. The value of these far exceeds that of some of the other clothing on offer in alternative outdoor shops.
The owner is a good bloke who is really helpful. I love this shop.

Love this shop. Yea Norwegian knitted products are expensive but they are so worth it. (Also they are no more expensive than when you buy the stuff in Norway). Have purchased a couple of jumpers from here and cannot wait till the website is up and running

If you like Nordic clothing and want a warm jumper, then this is the place.
The prices are quite high, but you expect that with good quality clothing. High recommend a visit.

A great little shop, the owner is a very nice guy who knows everything about Norwegian knitwear . Purchased a wonderful fisherman's jumper, the quality and feel is exceptional. I highly recommend a vist when in Keswick.

Just been into this shop and spoke to the owner a man with extensive knowledge of his products and stock. He was ex italian military and we spoke for about 20 minutes he gave me brilliant advice on the Devold merino products and more. If you are looking for warmth and quality well made merino gear look no further. He even took £10 off what I bought. Don’t let the price put you off these are ONCE IN A LIFETIME purchases. I bought a Devold expedition sample and I love it. Very warm and comfortable. Go and visit. You won’t be disappointed. Fantastic gear and service. Thank you!!!!

Don't walk past this shop and wonder what it's like inside as I did for many years. It's one of Keswick's gems. Absolutely top quality products at a great price, with knowledgeable and passionate staff. The perfect antidote to the anodyne offering from Blacks, Cotswold, Millets etc etc.

I rang the shop explaining I wanted to buy a norwool jumper but wasn't sure which one the owner took some photos of some different styles and sent them to me on WhatsApp I rang him back to tell him which one I wanted he sent it first class recorded delivery at no cost to me i received my jumper the next day I recommend this shop to anybody who wants to buy a quality pure 100%Norwegian jumper.
