The staff are usually very helpful and friendly, and the shelves are fully stocked. I wish it were bigger, it seems to make very little sense having a tiny supermarket which is trying to sell anything and everything, but doesn't really fulfil it's purpose. An example is the newspaper and magazine section, which is so large it's ridiculous. I would lose half of that space and use it to stock more food items. The alcohol section is also far too large for the size of shop. There are plenty of places to get generic alcohol, I want to see more Co-op food.

With the Coop shutting in Ruislip High Street, this is my closest branch. Finally sorted out an online account linked to my membership card and received a couple of virtual coupons. This store was extended a couple of years ago, but it's still a little cramped. Wide range of convenience store foodstuffs. Can recommend the vegetable tortilla chips.

Should open at 6am rather than 7am they would get a lot more business.

Store is always fully stocked with plenty of options.
Staff have a nonchalant attitude on check out...I had alot of items and staff couldnt be bothered to assist me with bagging. Maybe some 'customer service training' could improve this?

Handy little Co-Op. Not a bad range of stuff, and prices fairly keen. Downside is that the shop is TOO SMALL. The staff trying to fill the shelves get in the way of customers. And customers jam up the aisles with buggies and bags. The shop needs a rethink in layout.

Staff were great parking a problem

I have Parkinson's and am unsteady on my feet. I wear a badge asking people to "give me time". The staff in this shop are rude and uncaring, They make absolutely no allowance for disability. The Co-op branch in Ruislip was the same, it closed down because people wouldn't go in there because of the rudeness. The Ickenham Co-op will go the same way. It's a shame as the products are good quality

Most important bit of information not available, the opening times which should be on the front door, nothing at this store not even an open or closed sign, lights on looks open stood outside for 20minutes nothing no info. Not good.
