I recently bought a gorgeous dining table from this store. I originally called the store as I had many questions about the table and Sandra was so helpful! She sent over pictures to me and any questions I had she was more than happy to help. When visiting the store, Sandra made us feel so at ease throughout the purchase. She took great care of us and gave us some amazing tips on how to look after our new dining table. We travelled 3 hours to see this table and because of Sandra we would happily do it again!!

So pleased I decided to pay a visit here , fantastic store , the merchandising is great . Special attention has been paid to adding that homely feel . Not at all like a bargain outlet pile it high and sell it cheap. The prices are very reasonable for the lovely quality products . If you want something a little different and eye catching it’s definitely worth a visit . The staff Sandra and Julia are a credit to the store always well presented with a smile and nothing is too much. Coming from retail you can tell how much they enjoy working as a team and providing a great customer service . Every customer was acknowledged but not pounced on . Just a smile and hello , offer of Help if required. Well done ladies and a nod to the gentleman who delivers for you he was very polite and efficient .

We came across this outlet by accident and are now weekly visitors. The furniture etc on offer is top quality , unique and at exceptionally reasonable prices; everything you wished you could have but couldn’t afford at original prices!
On each of our visits, we have been attended to by the most pleasant and knowledgeable lady called Sandra. She is a manager however, we originally thought she was the owner. Sandra is a pleasure to do business with-a real asset to the company.
So far, we have had 4 items delivered and our delivery men have been pleasant and courteous, delivering well packaged items.
An absolute must visit to enhance any home.

I sent an email requesting a replacement canvas shade for my outdoor sun canopy, their response came promptly giving a link to the web page. I ordered the shade and it was with me within a couple of days. Great service!

Just nipped in to have a look around, some fabulous, quality furniture and really good prices. Spoke to a lady called Sandra & after speaking to her her for a couple of minutes I thought she was the owner as her knowledge of what was being sold was outstanding (I've been in sales for over 30 years and I know a good sales person when I speak to one).
Will be visiting with my wife very soon!

Good quality furniture. Delivered quickly and good communication with seller and courier.
1 box arrived with slight damage, a little bit noticed on couch but when cushion is on it you can't see it. Blind man passing on a bike etc. Would defeat buy from you again.

Brought a solid wood table and benches at a really good price and had it delivered the following day. Sandra was knowledgeable about the products and answered any questions asked, first class service!

Great looking store in Kings Lynn with plenty of options, everything you can see and more is for sale. We wanted a Christmas tree and some lights and picked up some amazing quality at a fraction of the price, We will soon be back for some home furniture !!

I ordered a a table and 4 chairs from the outlet store. They arrived when stated and were well packaged. Unfortunately only 2 chairs arrived. On contacting the company they were extremely helpful. The remaining chairs arrived in less than 24 hours. For me great customer service is how things are dealt with when errors occur. For that reason 5 stars has been earned

Great price for this excellent product, very happy with the quality. One chair did arrive damaged and the replacement was sent without delay. I would recommend buying from Leisuregrow Factory Outlet.

Very happy with purchase , slight mix up over delivery and i was concerned but the lady in the office was lovely , couldn't have been more helpful and got the delivery arranged overnight and a free storage cover as a gift . Would definately use again .
