Went to topup electricity he doesnt know how to topup with a card and on top of that he accepts only cash and says he is not responsible if the topup doesn’t work very bad customer service

Awful!! I went to take an Amazon return to the shop. The guy waved me to the machine not even looking up from his phone. I printed the label which expressly says don't stick on the return item....they will box it up!! He had noting large enough and shouted at me 'what am i to do? You are a difficult customer!!'
I guess i should be glad he recognised that i was a customer!!

So i left the item, with a label stuck on it and prey it gets sent ( i took a photo)! Don't advertise a service you have no intention of honoring. What a horrible rude man 😡

Dont return your parcels there!!!

Really bad costumer service. The men was really rude, spoke loudly that my 5m baby started crying. If you’re not happy working there should change job. Definitely not going back and will make a formal complaint due to the issue with parcel.

This store is a Hermes drop off. I dropped a Laptop to be returned back to Amazon. However Amazon claims the original item was not returned and instead there were some magazine in the box. I know that I packed the laptop and I am sure the laptop was stolen and replaced at this store before gets to Amazon.
Shame on you to steal from your customers and put them in so much trouble. Shame on you!

Can't top up electric only shop that does my paypoint and staff can't work the machine absolute joke was told at 2.30pm that some one would be in at 1pm that afternoon that could help
