Parking is available with some disabled parking spaces. The entrance is wheelchair and buggy accessible. It is a very big store that sells a great range of each product. The staff are helpful and will allow you to ask questions and then let you have space to decide if you are interested in making a purchase. There are staff members who are happy to help take your purchases to the counter, then load it in your car if required/requested.

Went to buy a new tumble dryer and fridge freezer.
The woman, I am pretty sure, was named Annette. Who was so helpful and would advise anyone visiting to go and find her...
Our goods arrived the following week exactly when we were told it would be.
Good delivery lads, too, who brought our goods straight into the kitchen, then took away all the packaging.

We went in to buy a sound bar and a carpet cleaner and a wonderful lady called Heidi sorted out our payment plan for us and also gave us tips on what do do while we are in America on our holiday at the end of the year 😁 hopefully this gets back to her and she gets the recognition she deserves! We didn't get a review email (which I would honestly just ignore) but Heidi deserves an amazing review 😁

Just had the best customer service from a young lad called Tom on the computing department. I needed to upgrade my laptop and needed advise and examples that fit my specification for my design work. Come out with a great laptop and no hard selling or unwanted add ons forced. Pure simple advise excellent advise. I purchased a product above £1000+. My custom was given due to not been harrased and been asked to have additional add ons after I'd declined. Well done Tom, your an asset to the company.

I can't give Katie at the Mansfield branch enough praise for her customer service today. She gave me advice on what phones are good without pushing too hard and managed to find the best one for me. However the best part, even if you don't need to purchase anything, if you have OCD like me or you are a perfectionist I strongly recommend you watch Katie put a screen protector on a phone! I will remember that forever!

Getting a duplicate game for Xmas, allowed me to return my one no problem. Helpful & friendly service.

Curry's after sales have been brilliant. Brought a Beko American fridge freezer 6 months ago, after 4 engineers unable to repair the fault. Curry's gave me the option for a replacement or refund. I chose a different brand and mobel, New make is a Haier, perfect choice so quite, Wish I had chosen this one before the Beko. Thanks Curry's for your help.

Looking around tablets for wife,andy came over to assist with his knowledge,explained what tablets did what ,he helped for us to choose one of the linovo tablets and got us a good deal with extras.

Called in store today. Needed advice on. Vax cordless. Then lady was very helpful. But the vax wasn't for me. So went to look a shark cordless. The lady that worked for shark. Was very helpful. Showed me everything I needed to know. Very good advice. And customer service. Happy with my purchase. Can't wait to try my new shark hoover. Thank you curry's. 👍😁

Pretty good customer service, I only used the click and collect service. The store seemed a bit crowded but not with people. Compared to my local curry's store the Mansfield one looks more tightly packed and there is much more in the store. I do wish they had a separate collection point or waiting area as if there's more than 4 people waiting they'll start to block the exit.

Just pooped in to see if they can refund me back the price difference I paid for the Iphone 13. Sales manager Dan approached me and assisted me straight away, no mess around, totally understood the situation, explained to me the reasons and arranged for the refund straight away. Easy !
