We visited the store to buy PE kit for my sons first year at secondary. For me this was an all new experience and Sam was absolutely amazing, kind and professional.

We visited football kits direct today to view some goalkeeper kits for my son. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff showing us what they have to offer.. We ended up choosing an umbro kit, which my sons size wasn't on the shelf but the staff member went out of her way to dig through boxes and find his size. Brilliant customer service and a huge range of products. Will be our go to place for kits from now on.

I needed to know if my order was going to be delivered in time as it was needed for a specific date. When I emailed to ask, I was kept updated with exactly when it was due to arrive at the shop, once it had arrived and once it had been sent out - could not ask for more. Customer for life after putting my mind at rest like that

Had some communication issues early on, but Mike @ Football Kits Direct did get in touch regarding my order and was shipped the next day after they received the stock. Definitely a real company, I would suggest you ring them if you have any queries.

All I can say is fantastic customer service, after reading other reviews left by other customers, you would think walk away, but after reading them a second time it was clear that most of these posters were clearly impatient and possibly over demanding, as I made a massive 40% saving on a full adult size Football kit with them. Had every email and phone call/message answered, infact a very pleasant experience. My advice to buyers is this, if you wany to make a decent saving and you will, just allow a little bit more time on delivery in these difficult times for British industries, talk or email them as they replied to everyone I sent.
