The only thing I have to say is I think the offers / points should be included in the food hall
M& s is amazing I have changed from Tesco & now do most of my shopping here , offers / points would help allot like it did in Tesco .

Love this store! The staff are always friendly and acknowledge customers presence with a 'Good morning' or other salutation. Great choice on every level. Spotlessly clean and foods really well displayed. Great customer shopping experience 5*

Well supplied food store with high quality products. Accessible for disabled people, high standard customer service and always friendly staff. Store for welthy people rather than average people. If you afford to pay higher prices this is the one of the places where to go.

I've been visiting the M&S foodcourt to do shopping for my parents, who have been shielding due to Covid19.

Firstly, the Covid19 arrangements have been brilliant. A well thought out queueing system, trollies cleaned before you pick them up, a decent one way system in store and control over the tills to allow social distancing.

I do admit that some of the customers can't adhere to the social distancing or one way system, but this is more an issue with the customers that the staff, and seems less prevolant than in other supermarkets.

For the most part, the shelves are well stocked with a wide variety of produce. The fresh food all seems fresh, and the bakery is generally well stocked with freshly baked bread.

The staff are great... From those dealing with the Covid measures, to those on the tills, everyone is incredible helpful and friendly... Even when dealing with some challenging situations.

For example, when attending during the early stages of lockdown, when they were opening with restricted hours, a long queue developed outside and I saw staff speak to each person I the queue to explain they would be closing shortly and it was possible that the customers would not get in store. Obviously some took it better than others, but they what do you expect if you join a 100m queue 30 minutes before the store is due to close?!?

Do really like glos M&S great cafe, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Good food hall and like to mooch round clothes dept. Not in to their fashion this year but they always have nice selection of jeans!!

The Marks & Spences Kingsditch food hall is so well organised with amazingly helpful & polite staff!! All my visits are a pleasure but during this Covid 19 difficulty the staff have been amazing. The staff on the front door keeping everyones spirits up & cleaning the trolleys to Karen C at the check out how was polite & helpful to Mr Oli Cullum Hollns who runs a tidy ship while everyone is relaxed and welcoming.
I thoroughly recommend this store to do your weekly food shop during this crisis and after.

I shop weekly in marks and spencer, their products are the best quality I have found. The only problem is their sell by dates are too short. Keep up the good work.

Ordered 3 piece suit so easy and straight forward even got delivery organised within 30 mins of ordering. Staff were brilliant

Really big M&S Home store that had all the bits in we couldnt find in the other smaller stores.

Bought 3 new pieces here, and they also managed to dig one out of stores for us to take home there and then, rather than wait for 7 day delivery!

Lovely home store. Good cafe upstairs. Lots of displays that give you goid suggestions for room options. Well stocked kitchen department.

Good quality items, lovely displays. Plenty of room to move around, great place to browse for room decor ideas, free parking

Quality produce at reasonable prices....the fruit and veg is so fresh and lasts for ages compared with some other supermarket produce....the staff here are all friendly and helpful too...

Always nice to go into a M&S such better food quality and friendly staff and other customers, unlike the boneheads you find in other food stores
