Fantastic company to deal with I ordered a dressing gown for my mum for Xmas but it didn't fit and they didn't have a smaller size In stock even though it was outside the 90 days they still gave me a refund and were so understanding. Excellent customer service would definitely buy from them again.

I have been using them for some time now. The service is excellent the website easy to use and what I like most is they have stock. Delivery perfect and altogether a very fine shopping experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lovely clothes shop with good quality clothes and a range of brands across menswear and womenswear. Really nice to see a traditional shop still going strong the, the staff are very friendly and helpful – would definitely recommend popping in whilst you’re in Buxton!

It's a long standing family run business I've never been in to this shop myself I know that its a clothing shop not sure what type of clothing but I've lived in Buxton for 30years and it's always been there so it must be successful

Only used online but great customer service, happy to measure a Joules gilet on the chest and hip , very helpful staff. Will visit the shop if I ever go to Buxton .

This place is a gem. The attendants really know their stuff and go to enormous trouble. A good range of brands at fair prices, and such a contrast to other places where assistants are paid to promote just one maker.

Excellent customer service in shop with a lovely atmosphere selling decent quality clothes. An old established shop but not old-fashioned stock! Just the sort of place Buxton needs to stop the demise of its high-street.

I came to Buxton today, and l always have a look in the window there was a lovely overnight bag just what l wanted, l went in was greeted straight away and was passed on to the relevant assistant, she found the bag which was reduced and even worked out the discount for me l could however not purchase it there and then ,l asked how many was in stock ,she explained that it would be on line but to be honest l love coming in the shop and love the personal service so l will be back in a couple of weeks just before l finish the feed back just a little niggle so much improvement but please get a new stair carpet!!!

Good well established shop old fashioned had very little modernisation. Good range of mens and woman's cloths . Some by top names can be not expensive. Sell blinds made to measure curtains goid range bed sheets quilts covers need spreada pillows . Decent quality towels . all good quality . Good knowledgeable friendly staff. Accsess can be gained via ramp.for wheelchairs .

Superb service as expected from such a great little firm, my mistake I ordered wrong product but exchanged with no difficulty at all , many thanks to Lucy for brilliant response.

Love this store - it's a good old fashioned department store, like they all used to be. A must visit.
