I came here today 2/08/23 and I didn’t catch the man’s name that works here but I just wanted to say what an outstanding man. Excellent customer service skills and made me feel very calm and he was very helpful. I would love to take this compliment higher aswell to let m and s know he is a superstar

I just wanted to write a message to give my appreciation to the most wonderfull lady I've met in a long time . I've been going through really hard time at the moment . I've lost my partner and my home and had to move city's I've been feeling quite lonely . She reminded me me of how beautiful and kind humans can be. THANK YOU SO much Wendy so for your bright loving demeanour. You are such a kind soul i Will not forget it !

I was inspired to write this review after the kindness, patience and understanding of the M&S employee who helped me survive the self checkout. So he definitely deserves five stars.
The store deserves the stars for it's perfect location, great variety of food and reasonable prices.

visiting birmingham for Christmas this store was cute, a little busy but easily laid out. I popped in for some drinks but picked up a bit of Christmas shopping whilst I was there great selection. Its all self checkout but someone helped me along the way

All the staff were friendly and I even had a chat with the manager who was lovely and full of Christmas cheer. I'd gladly shop there again.

This is a great store,its the only one in the area...grab a bite before jumping on the train.

Good place to grab a quick bite, albeit at train station prices

Arrived 15 min before closing but despite the opening times in the door it was already closed.
