Waitrose & Partners

Used the cafe during Van service. Didn't use it but great parking. A roomy store with good choices of food. Probably the best Almond Croissant on the UK Supermarket.

I quite like Waitrose & Partners. They have nice food items, the deli counter appears to be well stocked, and with the little café. What's not to like about this branch of Waitrose & Partners.

So enjoy shopping in Waitrose Chichester, with their helpful, friendly Staff to ask advice, Good selection of fresh meats, and fish. I like the space between the various sections..

Brilliant customer service from Fiona on the shop floor this morning (23.6.23). Although she was very busy, when I couldn't find a product she went to check in the store room and came back with exactly what I wanted. All staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable.

All good and blessed with a proper fish counter and butcher. Quality assured and cost a matter of choice.

Waitrose always offers a calm and friendly shopping experience, prices are Expectedly higher thsn an average supermarket but for the quality you get its worth every penny.

Very nice shop with friendly staff as you would expect from Waitrose.
A lot of prices have gone up recently but there were some good offers available. The self service checkouts all seemed to be playing up, however it was a satisfactory visit overall. Well stocked so I got everything on the list, plus a couple of vouchers through the app.

Wonderful store, I feel upbeat and happy when I shop here. An enjoyable experience instead of the alternative, great staff and great products.

I just had to give a quick review to thank the Customer Service Team at Waitrose Chichester. I recently had a click and collect order that I was late in
to pick up. I called the store to let them know and they kept the items that needed to be, in the chiller until I arrived - no problem. I would also to give Karen a mention as she was particularly helpful in sorting out some substitutions that initially I was a little disappointed with. Overall a 5* experience! Thank you.

It was Thursday, mid afternoon and quiet in Store. Pleasant to just stroll round and pick up the few items I needed. They had everything I went for and I was tempted in to buying a couple of reduced offers with Christmas in mind. Very pleased with all and look forward to next weeks shop. Thank you Waitrose !

This is a lovely Waitrose. Good size. Well stocked. Not too busy and helpful staff. People say Waitrose is too expensive but they have some great offers and lovely quality.

Waitrose is always a little bit pricier and a little bit better quality. Reasonably large supermarket with a good selection. Friendly helpful staff.

I visited the branch with a friend who slipped and fell in the disabled toilets. The staff were very friendly and beyond helpful to both my friend and I.

Needless to say that I shall absolutely shop with Waitrose in the future. Thank you vert much Waitrose staff.

A fabulous Waitrose! As you'd expect, lovely friendly staff and of course great produce. As well as everyday products, there's always hidden gems that you're not going to see in other supermarkets..such as unpasteurised butter! A great place we will always go back 😊.

I was extremely impressed by the Customer Service I received this morning. I broke a bottle of maple syrup in the bag I was carrying and the ladies at the basket check out were patient, helpful and understanding. They deserve a medal!

Always happy to shop at Waitrose, it's pleasant to walk round, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about services and products. Cannot fault it at all. I loathe big supermarkets and find them far more expensive overall, and will not use them. I shop at Waitrose and small, independent shops.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff are always helpful with my 2 young children giving them tasks and encouraging them to behave themselves for me throughout shopping. 5* shopping experience!
