Best customer service. Friendly shop keeper. Helpful when customer need . He giving credit as well for regular customer. I am 5 years customer this shop I am shopping credit 300 pounds every month. End of month salary I will pay back to him . 80% items cheaper than co op and one shop . Mostly he have price marks items and offer. I bought 70 cl jack danial £21.99 in Albany News&wine. I bought 70 jack danial in co op £28 pounds . I save £5 only one items .like that most items

I brought a pack of sensations tai sweet chilli front there and they are 2 weeks out off date🤢absolutely disgusting

Tried to pick up a parcel there 3 times, but it's always closed.

Rude and arrogant cashier/owner. Multiple times I had to wait until he finished a personal call without saying sorry or acknowledging me standing in front of him.
The shop is part/provides of the Payzone network and is the only one in the area open at suitable hours for me due to work. Apart from the above customer service I had no issues but when I used the service today I was told not to bother again unless I buy something from the shop as they make no money from providing the Payzone service. Upon querying why they provide this service I was told its for the "loyal" customers. I said that no other shop which I used has required this and was told that was not their problem.
I will be making a complaint to Payzone as well.
Do not use this establishment. Earlsdon post office has the same service and co-op and Earlsdon Convienence Store have better prices and selection. Oh and considerably better customer service.
The shop itself looks like it has been looked after by a three year old. Items on the floor, barely any space to walk through aisle as they are cramped and generally grubby.
