Staff are always very polite and helpful, in stark contrast to the assistants at the nearby store on Bramcote Lane. I have often driven to this branch, despite Chilwell being closer. Both branches are pricey though.

Shelves are kept full, good choice of everything, the more people use it the more choice there will be . Staff very helpful. Has cash machine outside, very useful

It's the same good quality products from the Co-Operative Stores, slightly bigger than the one on the queen's road, station road junction at Beeston..... Fairly well stocked and very friendly staffed......Well, versed in Covid - 19 precautions , and also open till quite late..... Will take a photo of it if I remember next time.....!! Lol..

friendly staff,clean,well lit,if you need any help will find item you searching for,prices are more than elsewhere but quality makes this worth it

This coop is a decent branch, however, now that they are using those headsets to contact their colleagues, I find one lad especially is always too busy having a casual conversation with his colleagues whilst serving customers. Asked if I wanted a bag to which I said no, but because he was too busy talking away to his friend, scans through a bag and chucks it on top of my groceries. Very rude. Other staff are nice apart from him.

Always over-sells to-go-to-go and then cancel for no leftover food. Bad experience for expecting customers.
