I don't like it very much, but I have to share my last experience with this store. It's been a few weeks since the new salesman has been working there. The seller does not know how to greet me, does not know how to respond to the customer's needs and takes a very long time to serve the customer. In addition, just a moment before I finished work, I stopped for a little shopping Before paying, I needed to look around for the goods I was going to buy, and since there were still 15 minutes until closing, the seller started shouting at me that it was closing time for the store. I still had 15 minutes and so did he, since they close at 11:00 p.m.... I told myself that he doesn't have to be mean and unpleasant and that it's still not 11:00 p.m. and he has 15 minutes until closing... I'm disappointed with the service customers. You have replaced a nice, smiling and helpful salesman with something unpleasant... I am not sure if I will ever visit this store again after such an experience...

Boycott this particular branch! The older ,fuller gentleman with grey hair shouldn't either have the license to run the shop or work there ,as they refuse to disclose their names ,nor who owns it to take accountability. What he had done is criminal , charged me for goods I never consumed instore without my consent -luckily I looked and noticed in time the total amount charged on card, this is theft and I can see other individuals had complained about this in prior reviews. To make matters worse he shouted at me in front of my child making my son very uncomfortable -on top of him stealing from me! When my partner gone in to resolve the matter and get my money back- this man was trying to defame my character and say I had been shoplifting -when my partner asked him to see the CCTV footage of such accusations -he then refused and said he will give me free item back next time- changing his tune. Disgraceful and fraudulent . I wonder how many more people this man has done it to -this can be pursued legally, which I am deliberating., for unconsented charge and defamation of character with no actual evidence. AVOID AVOID AVOID .Your a disgrace

Very bad Customer service, fraudulent transactions conducted. Large overweight man overcharged me without my consent. Refusing to explain why. Threatening and refusing to resolve issue. Will not be coming back. Do not shop here!

Poor service, 1 very rude man working in there, didn't want to accept my parcels because I had 8 at 7am this morning although the post office clearly states its open at 7am, he served another customer who had 2 and still refused me, told me if I didn't get out of the shop he would call the police, they would have laughed in his face, he told me I was banned 😀. I reported him to post office for not correctly doing his job and to nisa customer service.

Incompetent staff and blames Royal Mail for thier mistake. My complaint was dismissed and was charged once again for a stamp with no receipt. Staff member said it happens all the time.

Staff member put stamp on wrong side of envelope so it was sent back to me. Even though the letter was handed over correct way facing up and the address to was far away from my current location.

Avoid, I hope Post Office will remove the contract with this branch.

Suggest you avoid using this place unless you want to be overcharged (despite a computerised system). or encountering the obnoxiously rude man in the PO. Handy location for me but I will not be going here again.
