Good friendly staff, very helpful. The only thing is you now have to take photo ID with you passport or driving licence.

After a quick consultation, the friendly and helpful staff set me up with one of EE’s characteristically generous rolling plans. Great place to purchase a plan while traveling abroad. Unfortunately, some of the better plans require a UK debit card.

How can I repaid this amazing company because even now I use their great services to complete the fun task in life. From Samsung to Apple iPhone on to smart watches. I hope greed is not fulfilled. Please understand I am pleased about the possible PS5 deal. Ultimate! New new! Xo

Had a problem with my email on my phone went to Putney staff was very helpful he fixed the problem right away great service unlike .Wimbledon who are very unhelpful not interested in fixing your phone and just try to sell you a new one in there .

I have been to this shop many times over the years and every time had fantastic service.sorted my problem in 10 mins.(my emails have not worked for 6 weeks )....I went to the EE shop in Dorking and the girl said she's not good with samsung phones and try the shop down the road.wont be going back there

I went in to see about sorting out my wife's phone (which was on another network) and maybe switching. The member of staff with whom I dealt couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Great service.

Went in for an upgrade. The guy was very quick, I was probably in the shop for about 20 minutes. No more paperwork it just goes through your email. Staff are friendly and helpful.
