Don't come here if you wish to post Yodel packages!

I have had parcels mislabelled (despite them being given in correctly) at this service, which led to me having to refund my buyers and send them again, losing me both time and money. This would not have occurred if these errors had not be made.

Due to this, when I returned again to post other packages, I requested that each be done separately to ensure that there were no other mix-ups.

When I asked this, I was told to wait as 'there was a queue', despite that fact I had also waited in the queue to post my packages.

There was no reason for me to wait, the labelling takes seconds, only requiring scanning a barcode and sticking the label on.

My request would not have extended this time. Despite me trying to politely explain, I was told to wait again and so returned to the end of the queue and waited.

I felt dismissed and belittled by this interaction. I was there to use a service provided by the shop and was treated as if I was a problem and less important than other customers.

To reiterate, do not use this shop to send Yodel Parcels.

TL;DR: poor customer service, incorrect labelling which led time and money loss.

Such bad customer service which is a shame because everywhere else in square have been lovely. Kept waiting with no acknowledgement, when the guy did actually come out he made a rude comment at which point I left. Won't be going there again.
