Always enjoy going in here. Two people very pleasant in particular. Gentleman who is on shop floor not a youngster but always polite and helpful.And the lady on the tobacco counter is lovely too. Very helpful and goes that bit extra. Quite long hair tied back nothing too much trouble. Thank You

I was doing my shopping yesterday, and had the pleasure of being served by Barbara at the check out till. She was helpful and chatty, we held a very pleasant conversation. A big thank you to Barbara for being so kind during the busy Christmas season.

I often pop into Sainsburys branch when am going home. It is convenient, I love their fresh bread and Avocado because those are usually ripe enough for me to eat when I.get home!

Medium sized Sainsburys stocking most everything but for some odd reason they have never had marinated artichoke hearts (17 years of shopping here). It's really weird & probably a stocking oversight. I have to go to Tesco to get them.

Was looking for a high protein vegan meal... They didn't have one in the Quorn section.. two shop assistants went out of their way to find me something.

Wasnt expecting that.. great customer service and positive attitude.

I have now found another brand that I can buy elsewhere and probably tastes better then quorn

This is located in a well connected place and there are several other shopping options available at the same place. They have large quantities of breakfast available. You can get almost all groceries here and you also get nectar points which you can use later to pay for items. The vegetables and fruits are fresh and the staff is very helpful

Thanks for having this option available very close to the Cardiff Queen Street station and literally at the start of the town centre.

I want to share something very important that is sold here, and maybe not many people know, especially tourists. they sell EU - UK plug converters. And they have lots of automated cashiers. Extraordinary.

Just had 5 star customer service regarding an issue with an Argos collection ( sorry I didn't catch the staff members name) very thorough service and polite manor. Also had a very friendly and helpful security woman last Sunday on a visit. Many thanks!

Good store with price matching with Aldi

Manager and Staff at this city centre branch are welcoming and helpful when called upon. Today I had misplaced my mask and they opened a new box of disposable masks for me to carry on safely with my shopping. The lady at the till very helpful as I had a voucher and needed assistance. The store is clean and well stocked. I found everything I needed besides some offers.

A bigger Sainsburys. Great products at good quality. Affordable prices. They also have some Halal products here. So worth checking out. Good customer experience. They have good deals too. There is an argos pick-up point here.
