Argos Bilston

Collected my tv today from Argos at Bilston. Could not be believe the negative comments made by other customers. The staff were excellent and very attentive Sandra who served me was very efficient and helpful as were other staff members I spoke to. A big thank you to all at Bilston Argos.

Best Argos store I've ever visited. Used it for years ..you rarely see a big queue at the till or collection point because the staff appear to work to hard to get people served as quickly as possible. Customer service is good too e.g on 19/03/24 I couldn't find the camera I wanted in the argos catalogue but I asked a member of staff who was standing behind the counter and she quickly came round to the front of the store ..guided me through the ordering process quickly and efficiently. She made sure I got the exact camera I wanted and didn't leave me until everything was sorted 👍

There must have been a change of staff since or maybe the rude staff (from other reviews) weren't working today. I had a great experience with the staff, they were chatty, positive and kind. This Argos were very Covid-aware and stuck to the rules of social distancing and on top of this service was pretty fast. Just so everyone is aware their contact less is not working so hand sanitiser your bank card after if needs must.

Argos can be a hit n' miss but did a click and collect at this branch. Got my item quickly and service was excellent.

Thank you for the refund on our bread maker which went faulty .
The lady was very help full and efficient .We would have liked a have had a replacement but they was out of stock. I have aways found Bilston branch IST class customer service.

Friendly staff has touch screen computers to which are very easy to use. Fast delivery nit much waiting tine.

Quick service. Many things are available in store. Great for last minute items

Not as busy as other argos's. Staff freindly and usually in and out in 5 minutes if IV ordered online

A good place to go to for buying items straight out the catalogue.

No parking but easy to get to from town parking, friendly staff and quick service
